So interested in this! Question about the crime stats: everything was much lower in Boise vs natl average EXCEPT rape. What's up w/ that? As a female, this is concerning.

Hey, I checked the latest stats. Niche reports a high rate of rapes in Boise (77.8 per 100,000 residents), but other sources like NeighborhoodScout and CityRating show much lower rates (about 25 per 100,000 residents). Different reporting practices might explain the discrepancies.
