Yes. True. There’s a few reasons you wouldn’t file it: 1.) not a resident of Idaho 2.) not a primary residence 3.) just didn’t file 4.) not a single family home 5.) has another exemption 6.) owes property taxes
The air quality is the worst thing for me. My small dog died of lung cancer likely because of the exposure. I have trouble breathing because of the smoke right now. The fires in summer are the worst. Otherwise probably best place to live in the USA.
Boise is great People is very nice Weather is great Hospital are amazing personally great experiences with great doctors Schools are great they don’t teach crazy ideologies like others states ! Teens are more safe From drugs and alcohol compare to Az where I was living for 20 years
Why does Canyon County have higher property taxes than Ada County and roughly how much more are they? The lower house prices in Canyon County sure are tempting......

You make Boise sound great but you are wrong I have been in Idaho all my life and live in Boise pricing are extremely high and cost of living. This video is so misleading in so many ways.

Hi thinking of moving but my kids are all teens and young adults - we have 4. Having a hard time convicing them to leave - we in phoenix and done with heat.
@Mychellechic if you’re moving because you’re done with the Phoenix heat you may want to spend a few weeks in Boise in July/August. Not as blazing hot but still way too hot for me. Be prepared.

It’s actually more like a ‘c.’ I’ve been dealing with vocal cord issues and it makes talking a little tricky. But, ‘c’ for the win. 🙌
