why the normal (bump) map takes blue cyan color??

@@onasr2534 im noob too but what i understod is that.. these maps would be used in most cgi n mostly games.. for bump(produce 3d bump in surface they dont react to light) and normal map ( they will react with lights bcoz itz rgb base mostly use in games ) for ultimate visuals use both.... for reflection its good to have the map but if cant use normal reflection can give good reflection too..hope its helps.. basicly these map is use in most cgi renderer like vray corona ...n unreal engine types software physical material based
