    Loved it! I am so thankful! I didn't start my day doing this but I was able to squeeze it in. Your style is so soothing. I also liked the duration of the of the practice. Enjoyable for someone who sometimes is limited by aches and pains. Namasté!🙏🏻

    I really enjoyed this! It was just the right pace and I felt more focused. I definitely preferred this to the traditional vinyasa flow. I'd love it if you did more!

    Tim this was great, please do more hatha yoga classes! It seems like vinyasa is the more commonly available class IRL/youtube, I feel like hatha is perceived as too easy but this is exactly what I want x

    I was off the grid for a while skiing and snoeshowing, in the Alps, hopefully I benefitted from your guidance for the energy and deep stretching sessions 😇. Now I keep watching your videos, tried the detox challenge !!     That nose breathing thing at the end was something else! When I started the practice my mind was raging with negative thoughts like a Metallica song…. But after the nose thing it was like Kenny G. Pretty cool! Thanks Tim!

    Tim, I don't know if you read comments posted several days after the video is up but in case you do, here's y feedback. I'm dealing with some injuries so these slower practices are not only helpful but encouraging. I like the way you have us hold the poses a little longer and take careful transitions from pose to pose. Taking a moment to check our alignment also is great. If you do more of these, please do! you might add a few abs in there for good measure. Thank you again.

    I enjoyed the pace and energy of this class, but I also love the use of cues to deepen/connect breath throughout sequences. I found myself often disconnecting from my energy to visually look for cues, rather than staying plugged in. I did enjoyed ending with nadi shodhna! Powerful way to end a morning practice. Thank you, Tim.

    I look forward to your classes each day, Tim. What I liked about this one was how much it seemed to decompress my lumbar spine, and how Malasana opened my hips. I didn't know about your inversion class, so thank you for mentioning it so that I can now sign up for it.
