I was off the grid for a while skiing and snoeshowing, in the Alps, hopefully I benefitted from your guidance for the energy and deep stretching sessions 😇. Now I keep watching your videos, tried the detox challenge !! Tim, I don't know if you read comments posted several days after the video is up but in case you do, here's y feedback. I'm dealing with some injuries so these slower practices are not only helpful but encouraging. I like the way you have us hold the poses a little longer and take careful transitions from pose to pose. Taking a moment to check our alignment also is great. If you do more of these, please do! you might add a few abs in there for good measure. Thank you again.

Glad to hear that Amy. Did you try the Yin/Yang classes in the yin section? Those would probably be right up your ally as they are very Hatha. (Yin/Yang is just another way of saying Hatha)

I enjoyed the pace and energy of this class, but I also love the use of cues to deepen/connect breath throughout sequences. I found myself often disconnecting from my energy to visually look for cues, rather than staying plugged in. I did enjoyed ending with nadi shodhna! Powerful way to end a morning practice.
