Almost thought you got rid of the Z can you do an update on the ported intake manifold? Ive been wondering how did it go with the power gains. Kinda been wanting to port them myself since I saw you doing it
I’m on s1 meister 3pc! I have Z1 Fuca, rear toe and rear camber arms! Plus they’re eccentric lockout kit and stance coil overs. Unfortunately everything is sitting in the corner of my room lol I’m so lazy to put everything on. I went the cheaper route with Z1 but in the future I want to go with the Nismo x SPL arms. Always love the Z videos!
That's awesome!! You're running something very similar to me. The Nismo arms are more money only because they say Nismo on them lol they're the identical parts from SPL's catalogue with a higher price tag lol thank you!! 🙌
So, what about installing those arms on the rear, so our tires wear better? Mine wear juuuusst a tad more on the mid to inside it seems. I thought about switching to an adjustable arm to fix that. its my DD so, no racing really. Anyone tried this?
milanmastracci . Yea that is right, I’m struggling with my final alignment adjustments. Would be nice to see some insight on that. Let us know how it feels man!! Keep up the great content👍
How much for road feedback and noisy is it with those solid heim joints vs the stock rubber ones? Have a 08 g35 sedan with the fortune/swift spring coils and don't want ride to be to loud or rough.
I got a z32 I wanna put kw suspension but I don’t know where to start with the control arms camber kits big brake kits ive got some ideas but I don’t know where to start and how to begin
my car has the spring and coilover design so you're saying I can still have the toe arm to replace the bucket ???What are the differences? Will it mess with my ride height??? To my understanding I only know that it'll make the ride height a bit more stiffer.
That's a tough one to say. Considering this car won't see winters, I don't see it being a problem. I'm not how many people winter drive their Z's with these arms.
Hey Milan. Which company/parts supplier/website do you commonly shop with? Did you order the SPL components through their website or another business? Also, which is your go to shop for an alignment around us? Thanks, fellow Niagara 370Z driver, Alex.
Hey Alex, SPL is usually my go to. They are pricey, but are the last control arms you'll have to buy for your car. As for alignment shops, I've found it difficult to find a good one that I know does good work every time. If you know of one, lmk as I've tried countless.
Thanks Milan, exactly what i was looking for regarding a suspension upgrade for my Z. I cant wait to see the rims/tyres you eventually end up using and how it handles. BTW, ever thought of turbocharging the Z?
I am just curious, you keep swapping/adding parts to the Mini, have you driven it at all? I mean seriously? What's the purpose of having a car at standstill forever in order to supposedly upgrade it more and more? Only when you actually drive it you will be able to identify its real weak spots in order to later address them.
As for the MINI, I drove the car last year and took for for a long road trip, and also brought it to the track. The parts that I am installing are 1000% upgrades over the stock parts, and will allow me to beat on the car without problems. Similarly to the oil cooler I installed on my MINI, I have one for my 370Z. Even though I've mostly driven the car on the street, its safe to say that it is NECESSARY should you track it on a somewhat warm day, let alone a day in summer. If I didn't drive it, you'd be correct in saying that I wouldn't be able to identify weak points without driving the car.
@@milanmastracci Glad to hear that. Just be careful setting up the suspension geometry as it is also crucial for your safety and only professionals can make sure it's adjusted properly.
At least the young man is out there doing this stuff on his own. Maybe his dad see something in him that you don't see and thinks it's worth doing all this for. The point is the young man is learning a good trade. Don't be so hard on people especially when you don't know them....I forgot one thing the young man is getting money from his RUclips channel that people support so he's doing something good and positive.
@@matthewvarnam4302 I think you missed where I said I like his videos. I've watched all of his mini builds. And yes, I have to suffer through all the ads he chooses to cram into the videos as well.
Such an amazing job explaining every detail. Very valuable information towards suspension parts.
Beautiful arms~! What's going on the K-series engine?
Making some progress! Some things are being slowed down due to Covid but when more progress happens, I'll be sure to upload it on here! 🙌
Damn that’s some serious upgrades !!!!! Amazing job Milan !!
No kidding eh? Thank you 🙌
excellent choice in parts! had them on my old 350z when they began making parts for the Z platform.
Love the videos and the deep pockets. 🙂
hey! any chance you have a video of how to adjust negative camber for the SPL rear camber arms? would help a lot! thank you!
the wheels at 9:10 looks sooo awsome i love it
I'm glad you like them 💪
Keep. It. Up. Buddy. Loving the content!
Thanks! Will do! Stay safe out there 👊
lessons from Rob dahn, Billet everything !!!!!
BILLET ALL THE THINGS!!
Why you want you front camber: -3.0 degrees?
Hey man I found your channel because i was looking to upgrade my Honda accord v6
I never was a fan of 3 piece wheels but they look great on your 370
Right!? They don't look that bad lol
Great work and I really enjoy the videos. I have a question about adjustable end links. Did you use them on any of of your coilover installs?
Almost thought you got rid of the Z can you do an update on the ported intake manifold? Ive been wondering how did it go with the power gains. Kinda been wanting to port them myself since I saw you doing it
Can you do a video on the tools that you have in your garage? Mostly just the ones you use on a monthly basis??

knowing how much these specific parts cost.... this was a very expensive video...
LOL yes it was indeed lol

Amazing work! How does it feel before and after those new SPL parts? Does it make it considerably stiffer or is more for the alignment?
does this bolt on 7th gen maxima?
outstanding!!!
THANK YOU! 🙌
Bro, I have the exact same set up on my z.
Will you be doing a video at the alignment shop ?
Hey Alonso! Probably not only because I know most shops don't allow people to be in the shop itself due to liability but we'll see.

If you don’t want to replace your rear suspension of you don’t have a true coil over set, then you need traction arms to get full camber adjustments
Bro I’m trying to build my 370z for the track. Any info on what mods I should do after coils and sway bars would be super helpful!!
how resistant is that upper control arm against the salt on the roads? especially rose joints without any covers

that's good tho, Canadian winters are bad on cars :)

Audio sounds muffled in pass few videos. Used to be clear before.
Ya think? I did some small changes but to me they sound better. Are you using headphones?

btw good luck aligning the car after all these changes, you realize that you have changed the entire suspension geometry, right?

So what did 308 kph feel like ?
LOL I'll have to buy a C63 and let you know 😉
Is it correct, that for race car best hight is when main (I think lower) control arm is horizontal with car on its weight?
Sell the WORK center cap AND buy a BBS one (:

Only z ppl go with overpriced stuff and little to no engine mods.
