- Thank you so much for 10k subscribers. In this video, I answer your questions on Sentai, Kamen Rider, Power Rangers, Ultraman, and other Tokusatsu. It's nice to take a break from talking about the newest shows, Bakuage Sentai BoonBoomger, Kamen Rider Gotchar, Kamen Rider Gavv, and Ultraman Arc.

Wow that's a funny parallel, despite me being way older then you! while my first PR was MMPR I got into the fandom with Wild Force and Dino Thunder, and that's when I learned about Sentai. My first Sentai and Kamin Rider was also Shinkenger and Fourze! Also me too about death bro holy shit.

I think a bunch of us jumped ship to Shinkenger after RPM ended because we were like “womp womp this is all we have now.” But what an excellent fuggin season to jump in on
I remember making a mythology based sentai ine time and somehow that just devolved into drunk hillbilly white ranger jesus with a criss rifle as a changer. My brain works in weird ways

Dude we need a yokai sentai at some point.
The question about a 7th Boonboomger immediately sparked the idea of a motocross boonboomger in my head. We have some street racing with Taiya and F1 with Sakito so why not represent another avenue of competitive racing?
That would be cool. We need motorcycles in the show lol.
I would want to be a purple ranger. Not just because it’s my favorite color, but because it’s used so rarely, and that needs to change. Not to the point where I would get sick of it or anything. It’s just that, out of the purple rangers that we have gotten in Power Rangers and sentai, personality wise. I think it would fit.

I genuinely didn’t expect for my comment to be answered wow. I feel like every season that was heavily based around Japanese culture had a rough PR conversion. MMPR Season 3, Samurai, and Ninja Steel all have issues and were horribly handled.

also listening to your yokai-themed sentai brings me back memories of a concept story I did where it takes place in a sentai season but the main characters will be the "evil" team that harvest human memories, and have them deal with a really obnoxious sentai team, a group of teenagers with attitude if you will

I agree with destroying Don Brothers. The motif didn’t interest me, and the red Ranger, at least starting out was basically a copy and paste from the story. Just as a delivery man. The delivery man thing went a lot better two years later with Boonboomger.
I hated neo-saban because they kept trying to make it feel like MMPR. I don’t want MMPR. I just want Power Rangers.

I’ve only watched two sentai all the way through: Shinkenger and Zhyuohger. Shinkenger is one of my favorite sentais to this day. Zhyuogher is steaming garbage in most every aspect and I don’t know why I subjected myself to so much of it
KingRanger from Ohranger is a black sixth. And I suppose ZyuohTheWorld's main color is black, shared with gold and silver.
That's kinda true I think power rangers always made me thinks it's gold but you're right.
