The civil war set up was a hobby. He found something he liked doing and did it on his free time. Susan keeps controlling his actions and money, so he’s constantly frustrated. Every time he finds an outlet, Susan attacks him for it. Can you blame him for being protective?

Susan on the other hand gets to have her friends, soap operas, and gossip group, she has hobbies. Frank isn’t allowed to because he needs to be making money, not having fun. Unfortunately, many women seem to have this idea today.

Fun fact: Manny is actually a human. From Greg's perspective, he draw Manny in an ugly and inhuman way. But from Rowley, Greg's best friend, Rowley is considerable enough to draw Manny like how he draws the characters like humans in his diary.

Something I've noticed in the Heffley family is how the main four (Greg, Rodrick, Susan, and Frank) all have no details in their ears, but Manny does. Now this might be a stretch and I don't know if Jeff intentionally made it that way, but I think Susan has cheated on Frank.

I just realized Susan Heffley acts quite similar to my little brother’s bio dad’s adopted mom. This little brother was a baby I got pregnant with in high school and my parents were kind enough to adopt him and raise him as their own. But yeah his biological paternal adoptive grandmother is so similar to Susan Heffley it’s crazy to think about.
So your boyfriend or the guy you hooked up with foster mom is that what you mean but also hows the kid doing glad the kid was able to stay in the family 😊

After reading the 10th and further episodes of my favorite book, Wimpy kid, I found out that there was something really wrong with this family, which this somehow led me to love this book even more and never forget about how of a fun chaotic this story was.

Honestly, in my opinion, calling Greg a sociopath is going a bit far. He’s a middle schooler. Not just any middle schooler, a middle school boy; of which the majority exhibit behaviors that can be mistaken for sociopathy. As for his parents and little brother, yeah they suck.
