That is actually, very true. Great examples of what you have mentioned here, is the original black and white Nintendo Gameboy. Game graphics were very very simple - yet the content and gameplay was outstanding on nearly all of them. You really do not need a massive budget to produce games of the highest quality and depth.
This Longplay is even more exiting when you've played the game. I really enjoyed the audience participation segments. I am referring to all the times I yelled at the screen when something was overlooked...
JFJD and the times when I would’ve thought one thing, but it was actually something else Like I yell in my head because I think he missed a discrepancy, but it’s actually all fine
All Terrorist attacks 6:44 - Run In. 35:45 - Suicide Bomber. 1:25:53 - Suicide Bomber. 1:46:34 - Bomb in Checkpoint. 1:59:43 - Run in. 2:15:51 - Run in. 2:32:23 - Security Incident (Isn't really a terrorist attack i just wanted to throw it in 0_0) 2:38:38 - Shoot out. 2:52:46 - Run in. 3:17:10 - Run In/Shoot out. 3:31:20 - Shoot out. 3:55:52 - Shoot out/Border Destruction. If only there were new dialogue in regard to Plaques Recognizing Proficience (1-10 Citations within 10 days, some errors made but otherwise good performance) Day 10: "You have received # citations." "My faith in lottery wasn't entirely misplaced." "Let this motivate you to do even better." [gives plaque recognizing proficience] "Hang it on the wall there." "I return in 10 days." "Try not to embarrass me." Day 20: "And your performance could be worse." "You have received # citations." "We all make mistakes at work." [gives plaque recognizing proficience] "Try to keep them minimal here."
Enjoyed watching this video. Decided to watch it since it was an honorable mention for top 10 indie games on Watch Mojo. I am considering to buy this game and see how well I do and what endings I could get. Hope I don't make too many mistakes...
Could you long play Demons Souls? Now that's something you've never done. I've checked, and this may be your toughest challenge yet. Well, if you decide to play any other souls game like dark souls or blood borne. Up to the challenge?
The exciting part of the game is the decision making within the story. If you've never played it yourself you're a lot more distant to it. If you're "in there" it can get really thrilling.
*_waves mouse in tune of the game's intro music_*
Yeah this guy gets it.
IKR XD
Genius, challenging, gripping, and fun,Another example that content is king. If you have that, you don't need a huge budget to write a very good game.
It shows that you can either be no-nonsense bureaucrat or a human being and help those in need

I love how you wiggle your mouse around in frustration every time you get a penalty
A drug-dealing, smuggling, possibly black-marketing wacko is actually the nicest, friendliest, most likable character in the whole game. O_o
Simaginary Friend Jorji is definitely my favorite character in the game
That's usually the case. Especially in communist countries. It's law enforcement who are the real monsters.
69th like
@@zoesdada8923🤡
Oh that Jorji! Always a fun guy.
He made me laugh with his handmade passport haha.
I always just shook my head when he tried this crap
I had to force myself to deny his passport when he was trying to bring drugs across the border
@@CrasherX2000 At least you can choose to not detain him, you can simply deny him even with contraband. Which is what I did obviously.
Say that you are transiting through Atstotzka but don't plan to leave...
*Suspicion noises*
When Elisa and Sergiu just ran towards each other I just 🥺🥺

*BURN OSEA TO THE GROUND!!!*
Jorji is a funny guy.
The dystopian 'feel' of this game is powerful, lolol. Mind-numbing job, yet strangely fascinating. Lol
omg why do I find this game to be the funniest most monotonous thing I have ever seen...and I can't stop watching
I love how he denies while that guy is still answering
"But i´m....."
"Not allowed!"
"Hold on for a ...."
"Detained!"
The guy that gave u two passports and was like ,, shit, give me the documents back ,, had me laughing

what an interesting experience. thanks for this vid. I watched the whole thing.
4 hours of Approved or Denied. Brilliant!
GLORY TO ARSTOTZKA!!!
This is the definition of a great game that isn’t fun
Or at least, fun in a masochistic way
I did enjoy the game tho
Because I was Curiuos on the ending and
It looked cool with the scanners n such
There’s like 20 endings. It’s more work to 100% this than the amount it’ll do to fully beat shadow the hedgehog.
Holy Sh*t man,You didi the year play dude......GLORY TO ARSTOTZKANS!

Cobrastan shall rise again
you funny guy
Cobrastan is not a real country. DENIED!
Jorji Costava/Potato man is my favorite character in this game
This looks awesome. Like an eighties game or an Amiga game.
It is set in the 1980s.
Watching this after watching a 100% accuracy runthrough is painful.
2:36:38: Why does that entrant look like Jorji? It looked like Jorji shaved his beard off... :/
yeah
anyone else check their headphones @2:22:16?
Katzblager yep
“Paper.”

My brain hurts from watching this because i'm reading all the papers as well to see if you fuck up like you did several times
THIS IS ENDING 19...
I really wish i had this game
Yc Callum Games me too
It's not that expensive and definitely a project that's worth supporting, you should be able to just buy it.
Spazbo4, or WOL, you should edit description so it includes: "Warning: Contains strip search nudity."
2:32:37 why did the guy just vomit and die? can someone explain what happened here?
he was affected by the poison
dnkakusei ah I see. Thanks
dnkakusei and I’m surprised you said this at 1 am.
2:33:23 it's the coronavirus before the coronavirus
I wonder if Papers, Please got flack for gender stereotyping considering a "fail" can occur on "trans" persons.
+Juan Reynoso early on? sure, but that is only because you don't have picture scanners yet.
08:52 Frisk on their way to fall into a hole near a mountain.

Someone made this for a Commodore C64 and fell into a coma for 35 years

is there an option to make this game 2x the speed?
Was Jorji modeled after Charles Bukowski?
You have 430,430 subs heh. Btw keep it up great vid I enjoyed it

Nah, Hihaoden went for the 'best' ending, where you unlock unlimited mode at the end.
I see. ehe. well I watch and Read all the endings. it was pretty damn awesome. game
Now I know how different if I play it on my Ipad
Deny & detain a lot of people
you've rushed a lot during mid game, you should check every detail before letting someone enter, or you'll get penalties
Said the mexican otaku, mamita querida

Glory to arztozka
That was, without exaggeration, the most mind numbingly boring game I've ever seen. I don't know how you managed to marathon this whole thing.
Elyseon Some people find it fun, some don't. I personally haven't played it (though I'm thinking about it), so I can't say anything for myself.

@@Queenofdragons6 I know I'm a little late, but definitely try it if you haven't yet.
