Day14:Mrn-jeera water, Bf-ragi kanji. Midmrn-nutrichoice biscuits-2. Lunch-biriyani, onion raita. Evn-1/2 cup tea. Dinner-little rice with fish curry. Walking 20mins.
கடவுளே நான் 19நாட்கள் தண்ணீர் விரதம் இருந்து நேற்று தான் 83 to 70kgs குறைத்தேன் இன்று தான் உணவுகளை சாப்பிட ஆரம்பித்தேன் Thanks for ur motivation sister....

Morning: jeera vandhayam koolu detox water
Bf: ragi dosa-2 karuvapilai podi , garlic chutney
Mid morning: buttermilk- 1/2 litre
Lunch- rice-1 kootari, amla sambar, koolu rasam, chaw chaw kootu, cabbage poriyal
Dinner: sundal
Walking: 5 k steps only
Surya namaskaram-4 times,
Exercise: 5 minutes
Water- 4 liter

10am-dall kichadi with curd
2pm grapes
4pm-tea
7pm-panneer dosa with coconut chutney
No workout
1/2 cup tea.bf 2 idly.mid beetroot n grapes juice without sugar.lunch 2 chapathi with dal murungai keerai. Eve 1/2 cup tea.dinner 2 kambu dosai.1/2an hour 8 shaped walking
