I use convection for baking everything. Especially cakes. I turn it down to 325 though. And watch your times because it cooked faster. It is essentially a fan that keeps the hot air circulating around your pans so you get less hot spots. I love it. Give it a try and figure out your oven cause every oven is different . 😊

I too absolutely LOVE this style of video. Please Please pleeeeease keep making them. I'm very new to this business and you have been such a blessing. I plan on ordering from you soon 😊❤️
My least favorite part about making cake is making the buttercream, especially when I have to make multiple colors, multiple flavors. Next, I absolutely hate filling, stacking and frosting a cake. It has been my biggest struggle to get a smooth cake. I have tried all the tips and tricks. I have practiced and practiced. It just takes me so much time to get it right.
Oh wow! We need to partner because we’re the opposite! Have you seen my quickest way to ice a cake video? That may help or a hands on class so you can get a feel for the right angles and pressures to get it smooth.
I like the longer video format a lot. I like to watch cake videos while I'm baking etc, so it's nice. As far as the convection - you can bake cakes with convection, basically it fans the interior of the oven so things bake more evenly - BUT you have to be mindful because you have to lower the temp from the normal bake temp and usually less time as well. But it's really beneficial if you are baking on multiple racks as there is no "hot spot" where you would need to turn/rotate your cake pans. Oh and as far as all the things other people say that you feel you need to answer to - ignore them! If something you're doing bothers them that much then maybe they're just not your audience
Good for you standing up for the way you do things. You have to run things in how it works for you. For some bulk buying is not practical or profitable based like you said on travel and usage rates. Gotta do you!
Thank you so much for the videos , my pop up Shop was a Success, sold out in 2 hrs , was able to replenish my table 3 times , after my event my cake Sales for the holidays has increased tremendously, so thank you for the great videos and advice.
