I enjoy watching your videos and I love the fact that you and your husband while both working from home have learned to work together in tag teaming the kids! So precious and so true! You rock!
I absolutely love your content it is freaking amazing. I'm going to try and grab some of your recipes I wasn't aware that you used hybrid cake recipes. I'm definitely going to have to try those out. I've always made everything from scratch I've never used a box mix and I keep seeing all these bakers using box mixes and then adding other ingredients to the box mix to make their own recipes so I'm going to give that a try thanks for sharing.
Love your videos! ...so your home kitchen is not inspected by anyone (the info on your labels)? In PA a business home kitchen has crazy rules (no pets allowed, has to be used only for the business not personal cooking, separate entrance, etc) AND it is regularly inspected. It has been the big thing holding me up from starting a home baking business...😕
Same exact situation I’m in! I live in Montgomery County and the rules are crazy. I would love to rent a commercial kitchen as needed, but that cost would massively outweigh the profit. Other things I’m considering converting my garage into a bakery just for the business or getting a food truck….. which has its own rules and regulations, of course, but seems a little more cost effective for how often I want to sell. I like having autonomy to cook when I need to not be forced into an expensive lease at a place that’s far away from my house. Good look on your endeavor. I hope it works out!
@@heatherfranco5810 Yes! I thought about the commercial kitchen route, but the closest one to me is 40 minute drive so that is not very convenient. It's $14/hr I think which seemed reasonable. I also considered opening a commercial kitchen in my town, I'm sure there are others like me in the same boat who might benefit. That could get costly though!
Question did you bake them on 1 day and then frost the next? Did you leave the baked mini cakes out over night or store in fridge? I am making them for Juneteenth
Hi! I did them all in the same day this time. I have baked one day then ice the other though. Just wrap airtight and store in fridge or freezer. Once made I store in fridge overnight.
Can we use/save the ingredient calculator in Excel too? I’m having trouble using/saving it in Google Sheets since it stays in view mode. I would have to request access.
How do you decline an order due to someone’s vibe being rude/off without further upsetting them? Just curious, since u said u get to pick and choose what orders u fulfill this is me as well but I find it hard sometimes to decline without upsetting the person. (Some people get more upset of course than others)
Hi! I simply state I am not able to take on their order at the moment and invite them to book with me at a further date (if I want to work with them) if not, I leave that part off. People will be people, but you have a business to run.
Ordering products? Do you mean ordering cakes from a seller who uses Bakesy as their website? It's as reliable as any other website, ie as reliable as the individual seller/baker.
Hi! YESSS!! I’m going to be opening up a few options soon 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🎉🎊 please send me an email and I’ll add you to the list to be the first notified when it’s ready!!! stationbakery.business@gmail.com

Hi! You have to make a copy of it. Then you can edit and save! It might be easier to do on desktop!
I need recipes 😢
Best baker on the internet?

I would also run your response through an ai to soften the tone or pull your words together better. This has saved me many times! 😂
@@TheStationBakery lol thank you!✨😌
I love your channel just a question do you think Bakesy is a reputable on line website for ordering products. I would love your input
