    HIP FLEXOR APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Begin with affected leg rotated outward and knee slightly bent, raising heel.
    2. Start with the contoured end of wrap at the upper front of the thigh, on the affected leg.
    3. Wrap towards the outside of the leg, working inside out.
    4. Overlap starting point and wrap around the injured hip.
    5. Bring wrap across the lower back and over the uninjured hip.
    6. Wrap diagonally around the lower abdomen. Continue wrapping around the thigh and attach.
    GROIN STRAIN APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Begin with affected leg rotated inward and knee slightly bent, raising heel.
    2. Start with the contoured end of wrap below glute, wrapping towards the groin.
    3. Overlap starting point, bringing wrap across lower abdomen and over the hip.
    4. Wrap around the lower back. Continue wrapping around the thigh and attach.
