Have hip flexor type pain and restriction. Fed up after 3 months no release, decided it need strapping like I would strap any other injury. So spent a day wrapping my leg and hip with a variety of materials at hand. Was so impressed with my days work. I was telling fellow hip suffers. They were laughing at my efforts but could see how it could help.
I then researched hip braces. This is two years after your video. Was delighted to see a whole range...but surprised no one I know with hip pain, had ever heard of one.
So they are quite new.
I now have a whole bunch of people off to try the newer range ones.
Finding this video was great as this is the wrap method I started with.
Sometimes necessity makes you try. If I hadn't tried I wouldn't have thought to look for them. Buying one next week.i hope a great find😊

He didn’t wrap it correctly. He finished around his waist but was supposed to bring it diagonally across lower abdomen and around the thigh.
