i don't speak english well but what does it say in the video? the most important things I would like to know, are they wider? what difference do they have? .... thanks
having less sole, is it less stable in lateral movements? I am very interested in stability in lunges or similar exercises with the legs, with one leg etc, even lateral exercises etc etc
That other reply was me from my other account. To be clear, if all you do is lift - you probably want the X. The X1 is noticeably better for running and impact activities.
@@fitatmidlife927 Got it, thanks for the info. I tried the X and noticed it was much heavier than the Metcons and Speed TR, was hoping this new version of the Nano would be an improvement. Seems like the X1 fixed one problem (weight) and created another (lack of stability).
Thank you, i loved the gum sole Ones , i have a doubt; I saw a review where they were side by side with 8’s and xi looked “longer” are they longer than the x’s ? My x fit fine @ 9.5 , but i can also fit 9’s @ 9.0 Would you say their fit is closer to the 9’s or the x’s ?
I got my 9s out and tried them out. I'd say they fit is closer to the X, but there is not a huge difference between the 9 and the X. The X1 is *slightly* longer than the X (maybe 1/8th inch), but it has a pointier toe area. It doesn't translate into a big difference in room between your toe and the end of the shoe - at least that's how it feels to me.
Questions? Post here and I'll answer as best I can.
Does the mid foot feel the same?
Great! My foot sizing is the same as yours. Thanks for the recommendation.

Basically, the outsole is wider on the X, but the actual area in the upper for your toes seems to be the same size to me.

Less stable as compared to the Nano X? I will test a bit. I think heels are the same width, it's just the forefoot area that is wider on the X.

differences and advantages of taking the breathable model (Flexweave® knit)
do they last less and are they less stable?weight?
Is the heel as solid as the Nano X? I don't mind the higher drop, as long as it doesn't feel like I'm stepping on pillows when lifting.
Not as solid. There's definitely more cushion to it. That said, it's not at all like a mushy running shoe.

@@fitatmidlife927 thank you very much for the information!
Im more concerned about the mid foot. That's where my discomfort comes from.
