I dont like that all that work has to be done to prevent water from getting to the hair but I'm glad that you show us that bcz it's what ppl have to do to really keep the hair dry since the caps dont work on their own.

Hi. Thanks for watching. I understand. I'm used to it by now and honestly, it doesn't bother me anymore. I've been doing this for 2 years now. Wow, time flies 😊 I swim daily and experienced damage to my hair when I wasn't doing this. So far my hair has grown back full and healthy because it stays dry now due to this method. 💕

Hi. It is worth it for me because I experienced chlorine damage in the past to my hair and I don't want to stop swimming and I want to keep my hair healthy. My hair stays dry this way and I get to keep swimming. No, it's not too tight and I only have to withstand it for about 30 minutes. Not bad at all. Thx for watching. I have very thin fine wavy hair that is down to my butt. Do you think this method will work for my hair?

I think so. So long as you braid your hair, pin it up making sure your ends are at the top. Get the braids as flat as possible, so that the swim caps can stay on. It will be a little uncomfortable. Some can't take it, but I'd rather that than my hair getting damaged again. I've been doing this for 2 years now and my hair stays dry. I've even tried the other swimcap that they talk about and it's still tight. So, either way it's gonna be tight because that's how the water stays out. I'll be doing a hair update video this week. Lol..I have the YGN, but I'm so used to this method for 2 yrs now....lol ☺️ I also heard it doesn't always work. This is also a cheaper alternative for those who dont want to spend $ on YGN. I do have the YGN, it was gifted to me. I'll try it though and see. Thx💕
