Saw Kirk in Guitar Center the other day, I live in Jefferson Parish, & I felt like a kid because I wanted to fan boy him while we were @ the checkout together, but I just couldn’t do it..He was on the phone but I was able to eavesdrop on him, so hearing that voice was good enough for me😂😂 if he goes to guitar center as often as I do, we will cross paths again lmao I’ll just give him the nod that I know - that he knows - that I know who he is hahaha
kirk windstein is just moaning and grunting in his songs. he been doing the same way for almost 30 years. once u listened to an album , you listened to all of them because its almost all the same. i guess its same thing for crowbar gigs. it gets boring. nothing better than change the band that you listen to so you dont get bored and dont find it the worst ever.
If you can't tell Kirk's vocals became more melodic as their catalog progressed I don't know what to tell you. You've probably only heard a few songs by them. You guess it's the same at Crowbar gigs? Clearly you never seen Crowbar live because I've never heard a bad review about their live shows. Moaning and grunting? Maybe you're not a fan of this style of metal. If you want clean vocals listen to Dream Theater or some shlt. I'd rather hear a Kirk Windstein riff over some shredder trying to show-off with guitar solos.
Kirk is my favorite guitar player ever. Crowbar forever!
Down: Nola is my 2nd favorite album of all time.
Loving the solo stuff kirkuss! Cant wait for the new crowbar record too. Back in DOWN! too. 👊
It’s always nice to wake up to some new crowbar/Kirk windstein stuff. 2020 is coming in with a bang

What a genuine dude! Awesome guy with awesome bands.
Great interview,
Dream in motion is fuckin amazing, its like a continuous stream of mournful ,wandering doom laden ballads ,dark as can be.
just listened for the first time through, totally agree with this assessment
Watched this guy break up a fight at a Entombed show at Zeppelins in Fat City. He was classy about it and not a meathead bouncer
Love this guy ! CROWBAR FOREVER ⚜️NOLA FOREVER kind regards from Berlin Germany SO36 📻
Hell yeah
ya should do best gig ever
Maybe not an entire show of it, but end the segment with Best Gig Ever.

Crowbar is awesome. Don't listen if you don't like them
