Luke such common sense - I changed my diet cutting out daily junk food and processed carbs and sugar including some walking and Pilates and I turned my diabetes around in a 5 week period including bringing very high inflammatory and cortisol levels to normal - my doctor couldn’t believe my improved blood results - during this time I went out for a number of lunches and dinners with friends where I had a glass or two of wine and a spoon or two of dessert - I simply no longer buy tubs of ice cream blocks of chocolate and potato crisps into my home - lost 16 pounds as well - now to improve my sleep and incorporate strength training
good information, for senior citizens to loose belly fat [extra belly fat also due to diabetes], you can make some video Luke, since seniors cant do pushups and other strenuous exercises etc

I am 61 yrs. old & I do weights but as I have a knee problem & can't lift more than 2 kgs weight, I don't know if I am doing the right exercises. Also, I am unable to sit or lie on the floor to do exercises, due to my knee problem. Please help. Shall be very thankful.

With due respect, in another video you said do NEAT exercise, move your body. You said even if you lift weights for an hour in gym, it's useless if you don't keep moving. So isn't keep moving a cardio itself? What is right way sir? Please guide..i got confused
