Whenever I speak to any India health expert or a health enthusiast I use to feel india is at least 20-25 years behind than the west. The way Luke explains connectivity of hormones, bone health,mental well being & the impact of lifestyle is amazing. This guy is a blessing for Indians as he explains the stuff majority of the Indians don’t know or follow. His wealth of knowledge is blessing. It saddens me when you talk to a gym going youth about their definition of health. Whenever I drink Whey Isolate with peanut butter mixed in water, I feel nauseated and wanting to throw up. And sometimes this happens with other foods as well like eggs etc.
Can this be due to low stomach Acid?
