Chicken steak with BBQ sauce

chicken steak with bbq sauce :
Ingredients:
For grilled chicken:
chicken breast pieces 3
garlic chop 2tb.sp
mustard paste 1t.sp
crushed black pepper 2tb.sp
salt 1t.sp
white pepper powder 1t.sp
oil 3tb.sp
chicken powder 1tb.sp
for bbq sauce:
Oil 6tb.sp
chicken powder 1t.sp
onion chopped 2tb.sp
garlic chopped 2tb.sp
ketchup 25ml
vinegar 1tb.sp
water as required
salt 1t.sp
white pepper powder 1t.sp
crushed black pepper 1t.sp
butter on top 1tb.sp
Method:
for grilled chicken:
Marine it for 1/2 an hour than grill it on griller until grill marks came on both sides.
for bbq sauce:
Add oil, onion, garlic mix well on high flame when brown colour came of onion than add ketchup and mix well and add water according to the thickness you required and add all the ingredients and cook till the desired sauce consistency came than remove from stove and add butter on top so its not get harden on top because of ketchup. serve with grilled chicken.
