    Hungarian Beef Goulash or Hungarian Beef stew with boiled rice:
    Ingredients:
    For beef:
    beef undercut 350gm
    oil 2tb.sp
    butter 1tb.sp
    garlic chop 2tb.sp
    salt 1t.sp
    crushed black pepper 1/2 t.sp
    paprika powder 1tb.sp
    for stew gravy:
    butter 1tb.sp
    oil 2tb.sp
    garlic chop 2tb.sp
    capsicum 1 1/2 piece chop
    tomato paste 2tb.sp
    white pepper powder 1/2 t.sp
    crushed black pepper 1/2 t.sp
    salt 1t.sp
    potato 1 cube
    carrot 2 slant cut
    cumin seeds 1/2 tb.sp
    thyme pinch
    Basmati rice 250gm
    water to boil the rice 1 litre
    Method:
    for beef:
    Heat oil and butter in a pan, than add chop garlic, meat, salt , black pepper , paprika powder mix well and cook on medium flame until the meat colour changes properly, than take it out and keep aside.
    for stew gravy:
    Heat oil and butter in a pan, add chop garlic, capsicum, tomato paste , white pepper powder, black pepper crushed, cumin seeds, thyme , salt, potato and mix well while adding water slowly slowly to achieve a proper gravy form than cover it on low flame for 15 minutes after 15 minutes add beef and carrot and mix it and cover it on low flame for 15 minutes and than serve with boiled rice.

    Im Czech plus everyone have theirs version of goulash, but we always using onions for the base of goulash... Still looks good and i might borrow some ingredients for my version...
