    Steak with Two Types of Sauces
    Ingredients for Chicken Preparation
    Chicken Fillet (Boneless) 800 g
    Hot sauce 1/4 cup
    Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
    Mustard paste 1 ½ tbsp.
    Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp.
    Garlic powder 1 tsp (optional)
    Onion powder 1 tsp (optional)
    Salt 1 tsp
    Red Chili powder 1 Tsp
    Oil (for grilling) 2 tbsp.
    Ingredients for Preparation of Mexican Sauce:
    NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter 3 Tbsp.
    Slurry (water 1/4 cup + corn flour 1 tbsp.)
    Garlic (chopped) 1 Tbsp.
    Mushrooms (sliced) 1 cup
    Chicken Stock 1 cup
    Black Pepper crushed 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Hot Sauce 1 tbsp.
    Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
    Ketchup 1 cup
    NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1/2 cup
    Ingredients for Sautéed Vegetables:
    Oil 2 Tbsp.
    Blanched French beans 1 cup
    Blanched Carrots 1 cup
    Blanched Zucchini 1 cup
    Blanched Potato wedges 1 cup
    Salt a pinch
    Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    Ingredients for White Sauce:
    NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter 3 Tbsp.
    All-Purpose Flour 1 Tbsp.
    NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 2 cups
    Garlic 1 tsp
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1/2 cup
    Directions for Chicken Preparation:
    1. Marinate Chicken steaks with hot sauce, crushed black pepper, mustard paste, soya sauce, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder for 1 hour.
    2. Then brush oil on grill pan and grill each side for 5-6 mins or until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
    Directions for Mexican Sauce Preparation:
    3. In a pan heat NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter then garlic and sauté it for a minute. add mushrooms in it and stir fry it. Then add ketchup, hot sauce, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, and cook it for a minute.
    4. Add chicken stock and cook for 2-3 mins. Add slurry and cook until it thickens. Add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream in it and cook 2-3 mins. Your Mexican Sauce is ready. Set aside.
    Directions for Sautéed Vegetables Preparation:
    5. In a separate pan heat oil, blanched potatoes, zucchini, French beans, carrot in it. Then add salt and black pepper powder in it and sauté for 2-3 mins. Set aside.
    Directions for White Sauce Preparation:
    6. In a pan heat NESTLÉ MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter, flour and cook for a minute, add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk in it cook for a minute.
    7. Then add salt, black pepper, oregano and cook for 2-3 mins.
    8. Then add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream in it and cook for another 2-3 mins. White sauce is ready.
    9. Serve the steak with sautéed veggies, Mexican sauce on one sizzler and with white sauce on another sizzler.
    Preparation time: 40 minutes
    Cooking time: 20 minutes
    Servings 3-4
