I’m curious. If you could only choose one herbicide for weed control on fescue grass, which one would you choose? Which one would be the most effective?
@@grassmanBoca I wasn’t knocking your comment at all ... I’m running around today trying to find yards dry enough to get on. Lots fo thin yards due to all the standing water. The weather has been hard on our fescue lawns this winter
I’m up here in Richmond, when would you suggest seeing/overseeding for fescue. ? I’ve been doing it in May once the soil is 65-75 degrees. I’m looking for a good window of weeks for aeration and seeding.
I've picked up my first Fescue customer and it's great except for a little Poanna. I use Certainty or Negate on my warm season lawns for Poanna. What do you recommend for Fescue post? Thanks,Tom
Bluegrass Crazy bluegrass isn’t really a thing here I have a small amount mixed into some of my Fescue... I have an idea.... I’ll ask Chris Elms if he will do a bluegrass video with me
PPC... in Nashville. Been hitting the fescue with fertilizer. My prodiamine may have washed out earlier in the year. I am getting killed with what looks like clover/ivy with purple flowers. What kills this stuff. Even if I knock it down with speedzone, it bounces back. Any thoughts
I'm having trouble finding a watering/ disease control balance in my tttf in the summer time. I'm trying to water because it needs it but be cause of the humidity here in Memphis tn I end up with blight or brown patch spots even with fungicide. How often is too often for azoxystrobin and propaconozol? Should I spray both at the same time or one alternate between the 2? Currently I spray every 3 weeks azoxy 1 oz per 1000 then 3 weeks later propaconozol 1.5 oz per 1000. What are your thoughts?
Paul have you used any chemicals from Tractor Supply just starting to get into the business or Agri supply which I don't know where you live but I live in a place called Washington ,North Carolina
All Season Lawn Care I’m in Rocky Mount.... I’m not sure what all they have at tractor supply... read the labels to see what they do and what kind of turf they are safe on .... I think that there is a site one in Greenville.... be sure to get your license before you spray any yards for customers
@@PaulsPrimeCuts no I'm not going to spray nobody's yard imma spray my own yard just wondering if you just use some of the chemicals you know starting out don't want to pay that shipping cost
Hi paul watch your vids all the time so i have a question for you today is first week of april if i put down my seed can i put Milorganite down with it also at the same time please respond
@@grassthief1280 Hey Grassthief any time your reseeding it would serve you better to use a starter fertilizer like a 18-24-12 to provide the 3 most important nutrients at time of seeding...
All Season Lawn Care southern seed in Bailey is where I usually get mine ... you can try some of the local nurseries in Greenville... there is also a site one in winterville
