thank you both for another *well done* and, most importantly, *_honest_* review! I gotta say, it was really refreshing hearing someone *_finally_* call out the Ferrari's interior (namely the controls) for what it is. I fully understand and recognize how good the rest of the car is, however, I'm sick of every Automotive journalist turning a blind eye or giving it a pass when it is genuinely *so bad!* Yet, they will absolutely _roast_ cars like the Corvette, in previous generations due to the interiors "feeling cheap" and in the c8 because they "just don't like" the center button stack. I'm not saying they are necessarily wrong about either point, but it just seems silly to me to hear complaints about an inexpensive sports car having an inexpensive interior and the people who own c8's that I've heard from all say the center stack becomes extremely simple and is quite intuitive pretty quickly. in contrast to the prancing horse here that can cost 5...6+ times as much and is almost impossible to operate without taking your eyes off the road.

yes it sounds better than other v6s but it can never match the beauty of a ferrari v8 or v12 in fact, enzo ferrari made a v6 ferrari but was so ashamed of the engine being 6 cylinders he put dino instead of ferrari. I know times have changed but still

James. You said, "Shit," describing the rear of the car. It is the shit. Fantastic, I'm so glad you guys are normal Canadians. We would get along. Fast is not equal to enjoyment in reality . I will say this. My first car was a 1977 vw scirocco Mars red with 13 inch 205 60. Gti soild head 1.8 g grind cam. S@s header. Fun is different. A car has to have personally. I really like fast cars because of the intensity. I want to experience it, but gosh. Picture this. I grew up with a family friend. 1953 MG td kit car. No vw. Ae86 1600 5 spd in a 1200 lbs car manual brakes steering. To hit the brakes, you have to lift off the gas and place your foot under the gas pedal to brake. Legs pointed to the center. I got married in this car. You can take the good with the bad when it's worth it. Nice car Ferrari made finally. I always thought the Dino was the best looking and I'm glad to see it again. Great review.

wow just wow, you guys never disappoint 🙌. You writing is always on point and your production is topnotch. keep it up 😁🤝 byfar the best automotive channel since the old topgear🥺
James with the Formula 1 Strategy team comment! That was gold! Having said that, I would not expect many other Ferrari cars via their Press Office.
Your videos are soooo worth the wait. Best car reviewers ever!
James nailed it about the F1 team 😂
This is one of your best.
Intro. Funny as always.
Thomas' pure joy whilst driving, addictive.
James' 3 crimes piece, fantastic.
Thomas' explanation of the engine, Top Gear levels of quality.
I could not rate this any higher.
And I'm only half way through...
I can’t remember the last time you guys reviewed a car that I could actually afford AND find at a dealership. That said, love your videos!
about a month ago an Accord?
That beginning was one of the most entertained I've been in quite some time. Literally made me weak in the knees.
Aces boys. 👌🏼
Another amazing review. And that car sound guy is AWESOME! 👏
I have never seen a car channel maintain such an impressive progression over that long a period! Brilliant video, brilliant presenters…… please go on 👍😎
There sketch for the intro never change at all 😂👍
It'll be a miracle if Ferrari ever lets you review one of their cars ever again... Great review guys .. 👍
Guess what, they did and got invited to Maranello.
I was never a big fan of Ferrari, but they are nailing it at the moment, they are at the moment one of the manufacturers that make the best looking and most exciting cars. If there wouldn't be this price tag 😢
WHAT A PHENOMENAL VIDEO!!!!! The Car Sound guy is insanely talented. That Sounds too realistic. 👍🙌🤙
It actually looks like an Italian version of the 2005 Ford GT
Looks more Corvette than a C8
The sound effect guy is insane. The blow-off valve sounds for the 2JZ we're incredible. Hahaha, amazing.
The interior controls are truly a nightmare! I can't believe a car company like Ferrari could botch that so badly!
Would love to see you guys review the Ferrari 812 before its successor comes along!
👆🏻⬆️ Thanks, I have something for you✍️✍️

The 296GTB is my favorite current Ferrari made by far. The SF90 Stradale is faster and better in just being a car. However the 296GTB is what Ferrari used to be in the driver's car market. Hope to own one some day.
Oh that intro just had me in tears! Well done!!
The 296 GTB is simply AMAZING. Its performance spec is also on par with even 458 Italia.
10:33 "That's the sort of metaphor you can get on Throttle House"
Yep, that's why I sub. Says more about me than about you. 🖖
Wow, the fact they can make a V6 sound like that is amazing! But this is seriously one of the best looking, BEST SOUNDING cars I’ve ever heard! 👏👏👏
Ferrari 812: "Am I a joke to you?"
Glorified vacuum cleaner
yes it sounds better than other v6s
but it can never match the beauty of a ferrari v8 or v12
in fact, enzo ferrari made a v6 ferrari but was so ashamed of the engine being 6 cylinders he put dino instead of ferrari. I know times have changed but still
We’re the gtr guys at gtrs sound nice too
@@GreatName707 Some V6s sound better than V12.
Omg! The engine sounds at the end! Chefs kiss!
this was a very jeremy clarkson esque review/love letter to the ferrari from like 4:20 to 5:30...and i truly mean that as a compliment
the 296 is such a beautiful car it combines the look of classic ferraris and modern style to perfectly
You must have missed the interior
James: It costs 100 grand more than the F8
Thomas' face 😳
it baffles me how that ui went through their testing, marketing etc and no one put a stop to it. must be a big guy's pet project and nobody could say anything honest about it? unreal.
Ferrari always comes close to being awesome but they do something that ruins it all completely. That interior is awful. Shamelessly awful.
It wouldn't be a Ferrari if it worked exactly the way you wanted. but seriously this UI is horrendous.
I think it is clear the Ferrari don’t want you dicking around with an infotainment system and instead just enjoy the drive. This is not a commuter car.
I was hoping from the beginning that we would get more car impressions at the end of the video and was not disappointed.
James. You said, "Shit," describing the rear of the car. It is the shit. Fantastic, I'm so glad you guys are normal Canadians.
We would get along.
I'm glad to see it, normal.
458 is a sick device on a track for a passenger. Acr is way worse way way way sick.
These cars are at the point where you are a sack of jelly being thrown down the road.
That guy has made his childhood play time into his adulthood hobby. Goes for all three of them really.
These Ferraris are getting ridiculously, incredibly cutting edge. Great review as usual
Can’t wait for the hardcore (speciale,Pista)version.
Why did not I not find you guys sooner?! I love your content, and this intro was outstanding!
Love the honest review! Refreshing
Great way to start my morning!
The rotary & 2JZ engine sounds drove me nuts...like how is that sound coming from a human. The accuracy is unbelievable.
And as usual, amazing video from TH.
I love how it looks ❣️
So much better, as the SF90 and better as the F8 ❕
I'm not a Ferrari guy, but this 296 I want to test... but I'm poor 😂
Love from Berlin 🇩🇪
Ramsi 😘
Wow! Awesome review and the sound guy is amazing!!!
Great intro, what a sound guy !
Best looking Ferrari in years. Love the nod to the 250LM.
If this car was around 200k, I'd say maybe. 444k? Insane.
Eh,you know how advanced this thing is? And its not a volvo..
@@russiaisadictatorship.8865 Yeah but compare what 400k can get you and it starts to look stupid. I could get a brand new 911 gt3 rs which is a much better car and still have money left over for a top spec rangerover and an M5
That bit in the interior was GREAT! Proper review and honest, where others will only sing its praises. Thanks guys! Don't ever change your approach. PS Always have a blast with your jokes.
Amazing video!!! The best one so far from you guys! Keep it up just like that or ever better!!!
Always have loved the cinemetography on the channel, this color grading is fantastic!
