I’m having total knee replacement in 10 days. I tried this workout in preparation for post op workouts. This kicked my booty. My heart rate was up and I was totally breathless. Very unexpected for a chair workout. Thanks for a quality seated cardio workout. New subscriber.

I'm a first-time visitor to this channel. I'm a 58-year-old woman and am having some knee pain today, so I decided to try a seated workout. If I had ANY doubts that a workout in a chair isn't a "real" workout, this video change that completely! I love the positive affirmations too and the statement about how exercise is only one part of the equation to living a healthy life. Recently had surgery on the bottom of my foot, and these workouts are a lifesaver. Going from running two miles everyday, soccer training and just getting a good sweat in, it was super discouraging to not have that anymore. Luckily I found these amazing videos and am slowly getting back to walking! Start off your day doing a Caroline Jordan workout before hand really makes you feel alive and worked! Caroline. I followed the 15 Minute Chair Yoga with this. My heart rate got up to 137 which is the best in 3 days. I’m sweating but feel great. I even closed my 30 minute exercise ring on my Apple Watch with both workouts! Thanks so much. Now it’s off to PT for my knee at 12. They already know about you!

Yes my heart did show more life. I am 70 yrs of age with degenerate c shaped scoliosis and now exhibiting signs of Parkinson’s. I already do lots of exercise for my scoliosis, but nothing that gets my heart racing. I shall be taking this RUclips exercise with me on our cruise holiday. I feel exhausted now and very sweaty!!! I am trying to be positive. Thank you.

Day 1 - 57 yo Mom of 11 - really :-), MS for 28 years, have been sliding down in strength/stamina/flexibility for past 2-3 years, it seems only yesterday that could still walk 3 miles per day on treadmill. Finally decided this quarantine was MY time to reclaim whatever fitness I can despite my fight. Thanks for your enthusiasm and generosity in making fun & challenging workout available.

Your videos are energizing to engage in when you have a lower leg injury that your recovering from! I've done most of them and I enjoy the reminders of "sit up tall-use your abs"- very useful. Now, not to be a "negative Nancy" as you say in one of your videos, but in 1 video you made some comment about watching other videos that are too slow or not fun- I don't remember your exact words, but I watched some of those "slow" videos and even though your wonderful, there are many people who can't do your pace, etc., maybe they can only go slow....who knows. Not being rude at all, just hit a nerve....I appreciate the positive talking you do during videos!
With my illness and consequent limitations being on my feet, Caroline your hurt foot workouts are my silver lining to my challenges. I have been doing these for over a year now and as long as you keep putting them out I will keep doing them. I have been able to maintain fitness and strength. Thanks Caroline. 🏃♀️💪🏼😃💛

Greetings from an American 🇺🇸 professor in Taipei, Taiwan 🇹🇼! I’m stuck indoors because of a typhoon 🌀 plus I just injured my foot, so I tried a chair 🪑 workout 🏋️♀️. This was much more strenuous than I expected and I actually hit Zone 2 cardio. WOW 😮!
I have had problems with one of my knees for over 20 years. I have struggled to stay motivated to exercise every time my knee is re-injured or painful. It seems that every time I get motivated to get back in shape, my knee takes me down, and I lose my momentum. Videos like this one are revolutionary for me, mentally and physically. You allow me to keep exercising, protect & rest my knee, and not feel mentally discouraged. Thank you. Your work is a gift for me.

I've been unable to run for a month due to a mystery foot injury, and boy do I miss it -- it was so great to get that feeling back with this workout. I usually hate this kind of workout, running is really my vibe but you make it so fun and, you make me feel not like a broken person but just someone else who still CAN exercise despite my mobility issues. I never heard of CHAIR workouts but when I had bunion surgery a few years ago I found you Caroline and it helped me still be able to workout and not use feet By the way my name is Carolyn😊 Heart rate went from 76 to 💯
Caroline! I didn't think I'd be able to get a workout in, let alone feel *this* good until I was 100% healed from my ankle fracture and surgery. The things the docs said were pretty scary (3 months till this, 6 months till that, don't even think about doing that till you're 80.) I was falling into a really dark hole of negativity and hopelessness until I found you and your channel. Your attitude and positivity are so contagious. Thank you for being such a light in this phase that felt like the end. More than ANYTHING, you've boosted my spirits and reminded me that just because I can't do the things I used to (yet!) does not mean it's the end. I'm using my energy on positive thoughts only...and making sure to save some of it for this absolutely killer workout that kicked my butt. THANK YOU!!!! Greetings from an American 🇺🇸 professor in Taipei, Taiwan 🇹🇼! I’m stuck indoors because of a typhoon 🌀 plus I just injured my foot, so I tried a chair 🪑 workout 🏋️♀️. This was much more strenuous than I expected and I actually hit Zone 2 cardio. WOW 😮!
I have had problems with one of my knees for over 20 years. I have struggled to stay motivated to exercise every time my knee is re-injured or painful. It seems that every time I get motivated to get back in shape, my knee takes me down, and I lose my momentum. Videos like this one are revolutionary for me, mentally and physically. You allow me to keep exercising, protect & rest my knee, and not feel mentally discouraged. Thank you. Your work is a gift for me.

I've been unable to run for a month due to a mystery foot injury, and boy do I miss it -- it was so great to get that feeling back with this workout. Thank you so much for your functional, and helpful workouts and your amazing positivity. I usually hate this kind of workout, running is really my vibe but you make it so fun and, you make me feel not like a broken person but just someone else who still CAN exercise despite my mobility issues. I never knew you could get a great workout in a chair until I found you 3years ago! My week isn't complete endless I get a chair cardio in😊 BTW my heart rate went from 73 to 104!!

I never heard of CHAIR workouts but when I had bunion surgery a few years ago I found you Caroline and it helped me still be able to workout and not use feet

Caroline! I didn't think I'd be able to get a workout in, let alone feel *this* good until I was 100% healed from my ankle fracture and surgery. The things the docs said were pretty scary (3 months till this, 6 months till that, don't even think about doing that till you're 80.) I was falling into a really dark hole of negativity and hopelessness until I found you and your channel. Your attitude and positivity are so contagious. Thank you for being such a light in this phase that felt like the end. More than ANYTHING, you've boosted my spirits and reminded me that just because I can't do the things I used to (yet!) does not mean it's the end. I'm using my energy on positive thoughts only...and making sure to save some of it for this absolutely killer workout that kicked my butt. THANK YOU!!!! I don't know if I can say it enough, but thank you!!! Happy holidays :)
I am so glad I found your videos! I'm out of work for at least 4 weeks with a foot stress fracture. I'm no athlete but I regularly do low impact cardio to stay healthy, and I was didn't know how I would keep exercising. I have to make some modifications, but I really like doing your videos. Thanks!
