It’s a balmy 74 at 10:30 am here in Texas with about 100% humidity. We are glad not to have the freezing weather we had a week ago, however. I wish we had gradual weather changes but that’s not the case usually. This soup looks delicious. I bought myself a tofu press. I’m thinking this would be a good recipe to try. It looks delicious as do all your recipes.
I'm so sorry to hear about the changes in weather and how it's affected your part of the world. Glad things are better now. The tofu press would be great for this! The now liquid you get out before cooking the better for this really 😊👍
