Full body day✔️ got a new 25lb kettlebell for Christmas so had to take it for a trial run and since we are doing hiit strong this week this one was perfect! Also love the hiit strong for the holiday, I usually do 3 NML’s and 2 cardio’s but with 2 days off for the holidays this was perfect way to combine them, thank you, Merry Christmas!
This is such a great workout, I have always exercised and my first pregnancy was very good, but I've put so much weight on during my second pregnancy - I felt sick and exhausted most of my pregnancy and was only able to do very light or no exercise. 6 weeks postpartum I started to walk more and did some light cardio workouts, then I started to include your kettle bell workouts at home 4-6 times a week (have been doing these for 3 months now). I am now 7 months postpartum, and feel great, I also run twice per week and so far lost 21kg - 5 more to go and I am confident I will reach my goal with you girls, thank you for being here, you are such motivation to any girls/women and especially new mums who need all the support they can get to stay active and healthy! :)

I loved this workout! My kettlebell is only 15 pounds so I also used my 20 pound weight. Gonna get a 25 pound kettlebell and try this one again! I love using the kettlebell but it takes a hot minute sometimes cause it has a different feel from hand weights. I loved this workout and I crushed it! More like this one please. Thank you!
Confession - I've been doing kettlebell swings with you for about two years and I've always hated them. But today the que to break the kettlebell in half and engage your lats changed it! They're still not my fav but I no longer dread them.
Loved the remake! One piece of feedback, though, is that in this remake, the music is louder than your mic instructions, which is fun, but I like hearing your cues to deepen and push myself! Thank you so much for all your amazing content!!!
This workout was awesome. I can't believe how sweaty I got! When I first started these workouts, I had trouble doing pushups from my knees. Now I can do them, and I hope by this time next year I can do them from my toes. I didn't do the burpee, but a burpee walk. I really hate burpees. 😁Btw, I loved that hold/twist at the end. 🔥
This was freaking amazing!!!! Press ups from toes felt so strong! Loved the around the world to clean + March - so felt my core engaged, and I only dropped it once 😅 I definitely need some heavier KBs as I find myself over extending and it doesn’t feel good with a DB. Thank you so much for all you do 🎉
I was a little scared to do this workout today because my legs are still sore from Monday's leg workout!🔥 Good full body and goes by fast. Switched between a 25lb kettle bell and a 20-lb dumbbell . Thanks for the great sweat sessions!
Loved this one! Used 25 and 20lb kettlebells and feel like I could add a 30 to my home gym! (I also love that you mentioned flipping your watch around on the cleans since I always switch to a dumbbell for those so I don't scratch mine, ha!)

I loved this workout but the background music was too loud in the ratio to talking. I would recommend dimming the background noise next time. The music was also a little fast pace compared to your other videos. I prefer the more relaxing music and hearing your suggestions and talking.

You are so awesome!! If cleans are hurting your wrist when using a kettlebell I recommend using a dumbbell instead!
