Definitely love the single dumbbell workouts! Currently 12 weeks pregnant and didn't feel motivated today, but the single dumbbell workout caught my eye! Feels good that I moved my body today!

I recently discovered NML- Thank you!!! I am always dripping with sweat, I feel motivated, and I appreciate you have standing options. I broke my ankle a few years back; certain exercises still hurt it. I know this is silly, but I also am thankful you wear modest clothing. My young daughters “workout” with me sometimes and I am not worried about what they might see. Thank you for all the HOLY BANANAS!! Keep it up!
The single dumbbell workouts are so good. They fool me into thinking its going to be easier... but here I am sweating, feeling great and used a heavy weight to challenge myself 😊

This was a really fun and challenging workout. Definitely one of my favorites. I love full-body workouts because I alternate strength days with running days. I love being able to strength train more muscles more frequently by doing these full-body workouts on the strength days. Thanks so much for a great workout!
This kicked my butt!! I did this workout today in place of strong 20 day 6 to change things up since I’ve done strong 20 three times now. This was fantastic with the one dumbbell!! Thank you.

5 months postpartum with baby #2 and this was my first 30 minute workout, now I'm sweaty! Feels so good! 20-25 minute workouts have been so good but somedays can feel not as challenging. This was a good challenge for me. Thanks for keeping me moving! :)

So fun and effective! All of these moves felt fluid and really challenged me. Plus, single dumbbell meant I could use my 20 and 25 lbs. Solid mobility warm-up and cool down, this one is definitely going on my repeat list.

Thanks for a great workout! Not sure if it was intentional or not (or if it was just my experience) but there were more commercials during the workout than usual. I noticed they usually happen during water breaks which is cool but for this workout at least 2 were in the middle of a circuit and it threw me off. I’m not sure if you can do anything about this but just wanted to mention it. 🙏🏼
It's not often you use the word "fun" with a workout, but the was really FUN! Went super fast. I'm not very coordinated so had to go a bit slower, but got it done. 💪💪

Heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death in women, but surveys show women tend to think they are more likely to die of cancer, particularly breast cancer. It's considered a silent killer in women b/c they don't know the warning signs: Women are more likely than men to have heart attack symptoms unrelated to chest pain, such as: Neck, jaw, shoulder, upper back or upper belly (abdomen) discomfort Shortness of breath Pain in one or both arms Nausea or vomiting Sweating Lightheadedness or dizziness Unusual fatigue Heartburn (indigestion) If you could please share that valuable information and maybe more about what you do to stay on top of it! How can you NOT love strength training?! 150 cals in 30 mins (I know "burning cals" isn't the "measure" but it just goes to show how high HR/output is and I LOVE IT!)

Felt so strong doing this workout today after completing the Metcon100 last week. I was able to do pushups on my toes for this workout when I usually have to do them on my knees!! 💪🏻
This was spicy! Maybe should have set my watch to HIIT instead of functional strength. I started my workout by doing 4 sets of 12 pushups….i keep adding on to the May members only challenge! Going to get to 100 and be a mom who does 100 pushups! Thanks for another great workout!
