  • I'm still chipping away on the 31 Roadster Pre WW2 Traditional Hotrod project. In part 4, the rear end gets finished up, the front end gets torn apart and the frame gets some attention.

      Thanks. The ratchet strap method had worked pretty well for me so far. I even upgraded to the Deluxe 2 strap version.

    Your spring installation method is way safer than trying to do an assembled spring! Model t axle seems a little easier.

      I agree. I know people do it but I would never try to install an assembled spring. Thanks for watching.

      @@Maine_A_S with the model t I can start the bolt in perch on one side and use the block and strap method to get the other side started. And then finish tightening the perches in.
