Errata: Instead of Moderately Armored, the feat to take here should be Medium Armor Master. We already have proficiency in Medium Armor with this build, so now we can make it work better.

Ideas for Artificer, I really like replicate magical item spell wrought tattoo and masquerade tattoo . Also as far as the homunculus servant, in this application I’d consider using a pair of gloves or a cape ala Dr. Strange. I coukd see your athletic and acrobatic actions getting advantage by your servants help. Imagine walking a tight rope but having 15 lbs steadying you when you started to lean. Likewise a little push on a jump by a creature that can fly 40 ft. Conversely attach the gem to a dagger and get advantage on throwing it or it can float menacingly at your opponent as you strike with your own and it shoots a laser lol. Move the gem to a rope and suddenly you have animated rope or a bundle of caltrops that can assemble together or scatter apart at an enemy’s feet.
Thoughts I might do differently: I’d probably start rogue for the immediate sneak die and skills. Also I’d consider Battlesmith for martial weapons, and intelligence to wield them.
EK has potential and Shield spell and being able to summon weapon. I thought it would be funny to have a rock as one of my weapons and the shenanigans I could get into being able to summon it to me at will.
I think I’d also seriously consider taking a wizard level. It gets you ritual caster and doubles your casting slots early on as well as cantrips. The divination portent is attractive but also minor conjuration is fun.

I personally would have focused entirely on the rogue and take up the telekinesis feat but that's just me

That is a completely fair route to take. I just felt that this gives a really fun and unique twist on the standard AT Rogue

At Rogue 8 (11th level,) Moderately Armored is usually pretty good for a 16 DEX Rogue, but Artificer has proficiency in Medium Armor & Shields. So Resilient: DEX is the way to go, especially after Evasion was the level prior. However, you can go Medium Armor Master to remove the Disadvantage from Medium Armor altogether and now Infiltrator will provide that advantage on Stealth checks.
I will say, the coolest mix of abilities is Artificer's Spellcasting which has Tools Required and lists Thieves' Tools. The same tools Mage Hand can use to pick locks at. Sadly, you can't cast Spells through Mage Hand but just thought it was cool.
