I feel like situations where you can’t use the amigos at all shouldn’t be considered losing the run, like it’s a requirement to finish the game no matter what right? So all the segments that you can use the amigos should be the requirement like if you brick walled at an outpost with the best amigo then that is a fail. This applies to all challenges in my opinion. The spirit of the run is to use the handicap at all available sections if that makes sense.

It makes total sense, you're forced to use the thing until it becomes impossible to use the thing.
The challenge is to beat the game without pets but it’s ok to not use pets when you can’t that readers the challenge and he lost

I'd recommend some Uncharted; although I don't really see how you would be able to "squeeze" some challenges out of it. But it has a pretty good story tho.

I think its fine if its required to use something specific that's against the rules set, It is cool when he can follow the challenge to the tee, but I feel like its more about doing everything possible to follow the rules.

Just saying for the game suggestion part, Bloodborne is an amazing game with tons of challenges. Not to be cruel but it's even possible to do a fist-only run, for those with the patience of a rock
You left out one of the best quests in the game, the one where you get the battle cock. Chicharon's mission was so damn fun that it singlehandedly raised my impression of the game by 60%

id reccomend getting far cry 6 on sale if you dont ave the money cus its so fun when your playing it

Dante, I have a few challenge ideas: Can you beat Ultrakill with only the revolver ( Ultrakill is basically just Doom Eternal but 10 times better )
Can you beat Days Gone melee only
Can you beat Days Gone with the worst bike possible ( You can't upgrade your bike except if you want to add a paint job, because paint jobs don't give you any benefits except a more cool-looking bike )
Can you beat Dishonored 2 melee only ( No guns or powers. You can do it lethally or non-lethally, doesn't matter )

Castlevania curse of darkness please dante, it's one of the most underrated Castlevania games and I'm sure you can find several challenges to do in it, from limiting yourself to certain weapon types, no weapon runs, no innocent devil runs, and a lot more
You should do Evil Within, Call of Duty, or Bioshock challenges
