I've literally just bought FC4 about 20 minutes ago, and came on here to see who voiced Pagan Min whilst I'm sitting here watching the intro 😂 "from your diaphragm!" "Enjoy the crab rangue!"
I think the reason why Ubisoft back then let Troy Baker do his thing is because of Michael Mando's performance as Vaas when he's auditioning for Far Cry 3. Originally, Ubi already had a character design for the initial Vaas, but Mando's charm really took it to the next level, so much so that the team scrapped the first one to make another that resembles Mando more.
Far Cry has some great villains it is just a shame that Ubisoft under uses them. In the entire game the is only about 20 minutes of screen time for Pagin Min.
After seeing the VA performance I'll have to play this game again in english, Brazillian Portuguese voice acting was pretty damn good too tbh but I also have to experience the original.

God I envy voice actors so much. Being able to go in and out of character with your voice like that so quickly is so cool.
Pagan Min is good character. love his conversation with Ajay through phone. i wish Far Cry antagonist would get more screentime with MC.

The way he just slips into the Pagan Min voice like a pair of broken-in, blood-stained shoes is crazy and really impressive.
This is the same guy that voiced, Ryu Hayabusa and Arkham Origins Joker
