Can You Beat Dying Light With Only Guns? With the release of Dying Light 2 last month, I thought it'd be interesting to invite my friend Rocambasco to come help me coop our way through Dying Light using ONLY guns. Now that may sound easy at first since guns are pretty powerful, but remember, guns and ammunition are extremely rare in this game, at least in the beginning. Not to mention, you can only carry a very limited amount of ammo at any time. Will we succeed? Let's find out.

I know I've played this game too much when I'm thinking, "Of course that guy at the gas station does a lot of damage, that's why you have to hide behind the van and shoot him," and, "Be careful helping those guys, bombers spawn there."

I’ve been in a HUGE Dying Light phase and have been binging all the dying light challenge runs I could find. You don’t know how happy I was to see this!

I just watched the other video yesterday and I was wondering if you were gonna make one of your perspective also I love your videos 😄
There is an add on that gives you a mission for a quarantine zone where you complete it and can craft suppressed pistols which don't alert volitiles. And you need to find sunsonic ammo for them which is really rare, so it would be harder to get lots of it.
Didn’t they make a blueprint for the ammo?

There's a trick where you can smuggle stuff into the arena, pretty sure it involves dropping stuff on the floor

everything dies with a single headshot, except for demolishers you have to shoot the armor off the head first

First of all I must say I been waiting for a *LONG* time this collab
The starting of the video was as amazing as your first videos used to be, and although everything stopped being a set up story to instead become a gameplay with friends, I can't deny I had a hell of a time with this.

There's a glitch for tahir where you can drop your weapons and pick them up before the fight. When you kill jade spam the inventory button and you should be able to drop stuff from your inventory. Dont know if it's patched yet
I played this alone, and I really struggled until I got my first gun, and I held on to it through the entire game and into the dlc as it was the strongest assault rifle I ever came across.
I got a German pistol as my first gun
I didn’t care, beating em with a pipe was more effective

In the Tahir fight you could drop equipment during the cutscene and that would've let you get guns, unless they patched that

can you beat dying light 2 without any inhibitors (any inhibitors forced via cutscene and/or the tutorial are fine)
For the first like half of the video I thought he was saying "Racist Men" not "Rais's men" and I was so confused.
Dante you should make a video do you trying it best re 2 remake with the item or enemy randomiser mod or maybe even both it would sound like a fun video

In the mission airdrop if u kill rais's men and open the airdrop there is DIY grenades and 30 pistol ammo

If you drop while in the cutscene at the right time before you fight Tahir you can kill him with guns

Ok but can you do it with dl2? There is technically 1 gun in the game, the boomstick.
Ah man DL 1 was such a great game, so many amazing moments, moments I remember to this day. DL 2 on the other hand, so forgettable, artificial feeling and BORING. I didn't look forward to even one of the upgrades, they were all more or less useless or I had to remember key combos which in the heat of the battle I just forgot. DL 1's upgrades were fantastic, what about jumping over zombies and stunning them at the same time? Great game!
The funny thing is, the challenge on nightmare is easier than on hard. For some reason, the vendors never sell ammo at any level on hard, but they do in nightmare.

Im pretty sure that you can drop weapons during the tahir cutscene and they will stay to be picked up in the fight

I rember there was a glitch were with tahir not too sure if it was with the arena but on ps4 you could swipe down on the touch pad and open your inventory drop all your weapons and pick them up in battle(pretty sure only on playstation tho)
