➡️ A Cough That Won't Go Away
The coughing mechanism is how your body gets rid of particles in the respiratory tract. During most lung infections, inflammation and mucus build-up occurs in the airways of the lungs which makes it more difficult to breathe. Your body triggers a cough response in order to get rid of the foreign materials in your lungs, allowing you to take in more air and breathe more freely.

A fever can occur for many reasons, but it's most commonly seen when the body is fighting an infection. The average body temperature is 98.6°F (37°C) but it can fluctuate some, usually with warmer temperatures occurring later in the day. In general, some individuals will have a higher baseline temperature than others, but when a lung infection is present, it can increase as high as 105°F (40.5°C).
➡️ Weakness and Fatigue
Weakness and fatigue are two of the most common signs of a lung infection. That is because, fighting off an infection takes energy from your body that you may have a difficult time manufacturing because the body is ill. Running a fever, battling with an infection, and a general feeling of unease can leave anyone feeling tired and a bit weak.
➡️ Shortness of Breath
Shortness of breath is a symptom that occurs in most lung infections and can remain after other symptoms have gone away. This is likely due to inflammation that has occurred in the airways of the lungs. Shortness of breath can happen when performing activities that you can normally do pretty easily, such as walking to the mailbox or going up a flight of stairs.
➡️ You Have Suffered Through a Bad Cold
Because the symptoms of a cold virus are so similar to the flu virus, some medical professionals initially have a difficult time distinguishing between the two. Regardless, both the flu and common cold can result in the occurrence of a lung infection. Bacterial infections may also occur after a viral infection because of the disruption of bacteria in the lungs.
➡️ Hair Loss
According to the Academy of Dermatology, the body loses 50-100 strands of hair per day. In the case of a lung infection, this number of strands lost per day will be increased. Telogen effluvium is a condition in which hair loss occurs after a stressful experience, as seen with an illness.
➡️ Loss of Taste or Smell
It may come to you as a surprise, but a very large percentage of people who have tested positive for a lung infection will experience a loss of taste and/or smell. This is because certain viruses can affect the olfactory cells in the upper nasal cavity which directly affects your ability to smell.

Getting Covid is something I never thought I'd get, but though I tried hard for over 1 year to stay safe I guess I ended up picking it up, and this Covid was insane... I'm Asthmatic already so it gave me worst symptoms, I couldn't stop coughing, I had fevers and headaches more like Migraine... I don't wish that on anyone... hopefully I'll get well soon... Thank you for the informative video. I had Covid infection late October,2022 which lasted for 12 days till I got my negative test. Well,I thought that was it and I‘m grateful am healed. But then, I had shortness of breath after walking more than 100 meters which is quite unusual since I am used to walking at an average of 8 kms. Then again,came dry coughs especially at night and yes I noticed I had difficulties with my taste and smell buds. Foster 100/6 helped slightly relieved my breathing problems,but am struggling with shortness of breath when I do activities am used to doing like before. Now,am under treatment and I hope everyone out there shall be aware of the symptoms of post long Covid infection. We cannot always avoid the infection,but the after infection syndrom is,I believed presented to many doctors new challenges in respiratory areas. Stay healthy and safe everyone.

For years I’ve been dealing with so many issues that are related to lung issues. And I can’t believe that I haven’t connected every that I’ve been dealing with to being a lung thing. I’ve been dealing with feeling shortness of breath feeling lightheaded at times heart palpitations and just breathing problems. I thought I just had anxiety all this time. I thought all this times my problems were mental health issues and now I’m realizing they have been lung issues. I’m grateful to realize now that the problem is physical not mental. So I can heal.
What can we do?
Had a fever a few months back. I recovered but noticed I start coughing whenever I chat or laugh. No mucus or phlegm just coughing for months on end.
Detected with lung infections, made me change my lifestyle from diet to exercising and no sugar.
Follow the below
1)Drink 7 litres of water, make sure zero sodium water.
2) Avoid dairy products.
3) Limit intake of chicken, meats.
4) No processed food at all.
5) Take vitamins.
6) Eat healthy
7) Exercise atleast 4 times a week.
8) do not wat anything atleast 3 hours before bed.
9) quit smoking and no alcohol or any kind of harmful drugs.
10) Steam atleast once a day.
11) Include whole ginger,turmeric in your daily intake .Usually early morning i grate a little giner mix it with honey and trumeric power and eat a spoonful followed by green tea without sugar.
And most remember to love yourself in present, and everything will fall in place.

@Omkar Y i still don't know the root cause of my problem i have different type of headache and i feel tired and dizzy all day and i have shortness of breath, and in ubnormal situations my heartbeat become very fast and i have a runny nose all the time, and i spit very hard yellowish mucus sometimes and i did x- ray of my sinuses but doctors said there is nothing in report and i also did ct scan of my brain also because my memoriesing power and presence of mind become very poor and doctor again said that the reports are normal
This is all happening from last 3years and now i have my boards of 12th class, so anyone plz help me otherwise i will fail 😭

My doctors believe I have a chronic lung infection and want to do a lung biopsy. I have gotten all the covid, flu and pneumonia vaccines over the past decade since I am susceptible to extreme cases of pneumonia. Thanks for explaining how these may be the reasons for my symptoms. Yes I have to tell you I've been treated for allergies for the last three years and I've always have problems with my sinuses and everything like that and then it just got so bad it was taking like two hours to clear this mucus and everything so I went back to the specialist and he said I had a chronic sinus infection and I've had it for about three years and I believe that it's in my chest I'm on a low dose of antibiotics for 3 weeks and man it I just cannot stop coughing and it's you should see the mucus colors that are coming out no taste is smell no smell no taste nothing so I watch all your videos and I really appreciate everything that you share with us you have a blessed day too and be safe and healthy thank you for all you do for

Yes I had infection without realizing it but I consultanted Doctor, he checked BP,pulse, temp ,Spo2 etc found normal I had nose blocking and soar throat. He inspected throat by using tourch. He prescribed Amoxilin for 5days,Antacid and nasal drops do saltwater gargling at least 5times day
I just had a ear infection and abscess on my right tonsil and I did a chest X-ray for surgery they saw the fluid I have no symptoms didn’t even know I had the fluid now I have to wait for my doctor to clear me

im experiencing very mild chest pain as in i don't even feel it unless i move too much, i cough or 3 times a day so i'm nervous if i actually have covid... i don't have other symptoms though like fever etc.. although i lost my appetite and my eyes are always bloodshot and tired even though i got sleep, i definitely don't feel like my normal self

In case of constant coughing, you may try to mix hot water with nature honey and slice of lemon. It works pretty well to stop cough.

God felt like i was drowning and was struggling for air. Crazy part is i had no cough or drainage. Just a pain in my face and dizzy vertigo. Got zpack ans it got worse at first but im finally feeling better. Ive never felt anything like it before

My Mom has a bacteria on her lungs, first doctors diagnosed tuberculosis and made a huge mistake, also with treatment and she shared a hospital room with a girl who had tuberculosis. She could have been infected also there. She lost a lot of weight, cannot breathe properly, even going to a local store is a fatigue for her. So people be careful, Covid is not the worst that can happen to you. I just pray to God that she gets better and can be her old self. 🙏😔

I have sinus discharge always running in my throat and build up to my throat to make me cough and spit in the morning , and I follow your advice the 5 Herbal and you said don’t stop till the Plegm is gone , the mixture is tasty .

Shan-Chelle it’s been too weeks now it kinda helped its loosen the cough and less mucus in the morning of course I use inhaler and nebulizer .

For years I am treated for asthma mostly. Now I take antibiotics most all the time while trying to repair the heaped up infections one layer at a time. I have a rogue roaming infection that moves to different areas of my sinuses, throat, and lungs. If you have asthma, you could be treated just for that. So I have had infections...and pneumonia for years masked as asthma.

I have none of the symptoms.but It has been 3 days that I feel a bit heavy on my chest and very few dry caughs. I feel I need to have few deep breaths while I talk. But no other symptoms specifically. As I lost few of my beloved family members because of Covid. I am wondering if my lungs are OK or if I have covid. I have not tested but my flatmate tested negative yesterday. I appreciate it if you answer. God bless you for helpful videos

I always have to cough up mucus. Every morning I wake up I feel so congested in my chest & my nose. I have to spit up mucus all day & it doesn’t go away. Sometimes, it does after a citrus steam or a salt water gargle.

You missed one important potential symptom and indicator:
- a slight or increased tone in the ears in a silent environment, due to some increased activity to maintain or because of dropped O² levels in the brain.
Something that can trigger or worsen lung infection is a fall on the ground caused by a stumble. The lungs are well protected by the rib cage, but the cage tissues may have gotten stressed, just little enough to give bacteria that fraction more leverage to cause irritating toxic secretions, that need to be cleaned up by the lung on that side bruised / stressed.

In addition how is your sense of balance. And do you experience any appendicitis-LIKE pains when rotating upper torso? That may indicate a space occupying process in the lungs, in other words pneumonia, that pushes on the abdomen.
If you are experiencing such symptoms, do not wait too long, to get diagnosed.
Out of all , I only experience shortness of breath. That too because I used to smoke 4-6 cigarettes a day.. But now I am on 27th day of no 🚬 . Hope I'll recover soon

I went through this last year.. It started with flu.. Thinking I'd be fine even with asthma I got on with it.. Not realising because I am immunosupresant I was gonna be in serious trouble.. So I left it until I had no choice I'd got pneumonia on both lungs and I was not doing to good.. Spent 2 weeks in hospital during the first peak of covid but thankfully I didn't get that.. The lack of oxygen means I have to see Dr's to keep a eye on my other organs

@Stella Lewis😀 I'm not to bad.. I used to have one but my asthma improved alot.. I still worry about catching anything that could turn into pneumonia again
