Since I eliminated sugar from my diet 10 months ago. I have Not had to use my asthma inhaler. I use to be prone to chest infections as I have a pre existing condition of mild asthma. However when I increase my intake of quality nutrients and decrease processed to zero thus reducing toxicity levels. I find I am purring nicely. Which in turn makes me less susceptible to invading viruses 🦠. No illness or symptoms for 18 months now. 🙏

God led me to ginger and tumeric tea , and chamomile and lemon tea . Had horrible headache and the tea is allowing me to cough it up . He is leading me to also stay home for a few days I also am on day 4 of quitting alcohol so wasn’t sure if the achy ness and headache was withdrawal symptoms and then mucous and tiredness had wondering . I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to post this video. I was using the wrong medications and completely the wrong remedies to recuperate. Just by stopping the NyQuil and taking ibuprofen made a humungous difference. I turned off the heater which was drying up the air even more. Thanks again for putting me in the right direction.

I’m 70 years old and tested positive for Covid 12 days ago. It’s been mild but there was one day I felt so bad I just wanted to die. I’ve been recuperating slowly but what has made me miserable is nonstop coughing and expelling thick phlegm every five minutes. The home remedies helped some but the symptoms continued. Finally, what is helping is Mucinex tablets. At least it diminished the constant, painful coughing. I had a humidifier two years ago, but I used regular water and after a few uses the whole humidifier got so full of hard water deposits it was like cement. Make sure you use distilled water 💦. Folks, do not let your guard down when you go out of your house. Take precautions. I casually chatted with a few people at the store, no masks, and within days I was infected with Covid. For two years I had avoided the virus and this time I caught it. Be careful out there.

PLEASE go to a doctor and get antibiotics if you have a chest infection that is not clearing up. I almost died from being stubborn and going the natural route. When I was finally diagnosed with double pneumonia and started taking antibiotics, it was like being pulled out of a pit and given a second chance at life.

This depends on if the infection is viral or bacterial. If it’s bacterial infection then seeing a doctor to get antibiotic as treatment is a must.
