I'd like to do the varsity patch this way. How do you deal with poking out the middle of the letters (like A and P)?

*HUUUUUM* Fluffy Patches Hu?... My little peebrain is already think'n something on this. Now provided it fits the hoop would there be a limit on the size?.. Na probably not I'm thinking, But since a fancy towel is sacrificed it would increase the price I'm guessing. But for what I have in mind it would be worth it... Anyway we can yak about it when I finally get a chance to place my next order.

That response makes me think of when I ordered my first patches from you off ETSY several years ago and I sent you the email saying how great the Howling Wolf patch looked and you said " Hey, I make custom patches too! "...
I always wondered if you regretted telling me that *LOL^ , But we've had some fun with it to haven't we :)
