There must of be much tongue in cheek commentary contained within that portrait and much frustration about having had the indigenous voice quashed in favour of mining companies and their big lobbyist dollars.
The voice was to be a counter measure to lobbyists convincing parliament to vote against local communities in favour of big companies digging up everything and ruining the water supplies and ruining the local economies before ditching the community for the next target.

Gina Rinehart, of the portrait, is widely disliked here in Australia. She's the daughter of mining magnate Lang Hancock who opened up Australia's north west region's vast iron ore deposits. Gina is very unlikeable, except to other super wealthy people in the industry. The portrait is one of a set of 21 portraits of famous or significant people, including King Charles, previous Prime Minister Julia Gillard, Queen Elizabeth, Captina Cook and ACDC's Angus Young. They are a matched set, all painted in the same style. The Artist Vincent Namatjira is the great grandson of Albert Namatjira who is the most famous of Australia's indigenous painters. His landscapes revolutionised how Australians see the country. There is also a portrait of Albert Namatjira among the set of 21. Vincent was one of the 'stolen generation', kids who were taken from their families and delivered to often abusive foster homes in the city.

Vincent Namatjira is the artist of the portrait of Gina Reinhart. He's an Australian Indigenous artist who paints brilliant controversial and satirical portraits to make a point and get people thinking about Australian colonization and history. This one makes a great point and it's wonderful that it's getting attention. 😊

Fillings inside bread is a sandwich. Bread is a cooked food made of (at least) grain and water. Tortillas, pitas etc are flat bread, so, yes, tacos, gyros, and hot dogs etc are all sandwiches.

If you guys actually read the Indiana opinion (it’s only 11 pages) you’ll find out that zoning ordinance allowed for made-to-order sandwich shops in a commercial development. The owner of the space applied for an amendment to the written commitment subject to the same conditions (no outdoor seating, drive thru, music, alcohol) but the planning commission still said no. The judge said the Famous Taco chain falls within the scope of the general use of the commitment and there was no evidence of limiting that area to “American-style” only cuisine. The judge specifically said other foods like Gyros, Naan Wraps and Vietnamese Banh Mi would also be permissible. I think it’s actually a sensible opinion.

A sandwich is classically something between (two) pieces of bread. A taco last I checked is a single tortilla folded in half. If you fold a piece of bread in half you don't have two sandwiches you have a half sandwich on one piece of bread.
