Yo, there are a lot of wild Jurassic Park fan theories out there, but I think this is the first time I ever heard one saying Eric (/Timmy 2.0) planned this whole thing to kill off his mum's boyfriend! You just changed the whole genre of this movie for me. 😆
They made the males and female raptors look different. The males are more colorful, as most species go. Male peacocks for example, are the colorful ones, while female peacocks are generally more brown and tan colored. :) I also like how they gave the raptors more accurate eyes, they're round like birds, since birds are their descendants. The lizard/cat slit eyes in the previous movies were a little wonky.

Best parts are the Spino attack on the riverboat as well as the bird cage scene! This movie gets a bad rap but it's short and sweet with tons of dino action!
yeah its not as bad as the JW movies... but the 3rd got a bad rap because the story was messy, didnt made much sense... and once one knows about the filming... you know why... they didnt even had a finished script, they put pices from here and there from different scripts and made shit up as the movie was beign made.
This was actually my favorite Jurrasic Park movie as a kid, mostly because of the different dinosaurs and dinosaur encounters they have. I've been surprised to hear people speak about it like it's terrible in recent years. But I haven't seen it in years, and remember almost nothing about the story in the second half.
Also, the raptors think that Amanda stole the eggs, because that they thought that she was the alpha of her own "pack" due to her being the only female.
I wish that just once a character who said “I will never do that, no matter what” would actually not do it. Lady: will you help me? Alan: No. End of movie
That ringtone is always Iconic. 😆 I always like the theory that the reason the Spinosaurus isn't like our actual real life Spinosaurus, is because it's an early Ingen prototype or Hybrid in an attempt to make a Spinosaurus. Hence why it is on Site B/Isla Sorna and wasn't in the original Jurassic Park despite having it's enclosure on the maps. They were still working out the issues of aggression, problem is as Jurassic World shows. You can't make a lone dinosaur of its species as it will become antisocial and resentful for it's situation against the humans who made it. Probably why it escaped it's enclosure and has full reign of the area.
The shooting script included a scene where Ben, immobilized in the trees and unable to get away, was attacked by a pack of Velociraptors. Eric had been able to detach himself from Ben and get away, and he filmed the Velociraptors with Ben's camera as they ran away from their carnage at the end of the scene. The size and manner of attack of the raptors in the movies explains why Ben's body has no legs when Grant's team finds him, as they were attacking the easy prey from the ground. Out of the many dinosaurs that appear in the Jurassic Park trilogy, Ben met his end at the claws of one of the usual suspects.
@@WastelandsNomad2277 i hear you. I honestly wished that they would have left the original script for the first jurassic Park. I remember I had a lot of fun watching this in a crowded theater. Not as good as the first two, but for a third entry, it's pretty solid for me. I came to see people get eaten by dinosaurs, and this movie gave me what I wanted. It could have used some moments of awe and majesty like the original. It's still a very good creature feature that's consistently entertaining, thanks to the cast, and some of the best set pieces in the whole series. I think this also has the best third act, with the birdcage and then the boat attack. ❤ your reactions , buddy.
There has actually been recent scientific studies that have proposed the theory that the Tyrannosaurus Rex was actually much bigger than previously thought, perhaps as much as 70% larger! FYI the largest T-Rex currently on record was 42 feet long from head to tail, 18 feet high at the shoulder, and weighed 9 tons! If this really was the case then the fight with the Spinosaur could have gone very differently indeed!
I live 26 miles from Enid, Ok. Go there every week for horse hay and feed. Most 13-14 year old boys from Enid, Oklahoma could survive two months on an island. Even a dinosaur island. Country boys can survive.
Pteranodon and pteradactyls are pterosaurs, which are related to dinosaurs, but are their own group of reptiles. The only thing I hated about this movie was the T. rex being defeated by Spinosaurus, neither one lived together in life, but T. rex had the jaw power to easily defeat a Spinosaurus, which was generally aquatic and a fish eater.
One of the larger (No pun intended) controversies with this movie was the Rex vs the Spino. The reality is Spino was "larger" but was mainly aquatic and fed on fish, it would have zero chance against the Rex who was purely evolved to overpower and kill with a massive bite force.
Actually t-rex was larger then previously thought, and may have doubled in weight compared to Rexy from the first film, and as far as weight, they believe spino was lighter then previously thought, although it was taller and longer then t-rex
I can overlook this for the sake of the film, seen as all the dinosaurs in the series are technically lab made monsters and not going to 100% replicate actual dinosaurs. I think the part that they screwed up in the film was the T-Rex biting the Spinos neck and the Spino being okay 😂
Speaking of plot armour: 29:05 Spinosaur busts through an insanely thick metal fence like it was nothing. The gang runs inside an old rusted building and closes a barn-size door, that is at most 1 inch thick, but has a number of locks. Spinosaur cannot get in. That door has the biggest plot armour in this entire movie.
Must be a Jurassic Park thing... there's no way we'd know something like that about it. Personally, I think they made the Spinosaurus way more powerful than reality. Once T. rex had that hold on its neck, it was over. T. rex had a bite force of several tons per square inch at its snout, to say nothing about closer to its neck.
I love this movie. Aside from the OG, this is my favorite. The stance of the Spinosaurus when it was behind them with that stupid jingle going on is absolutely classic. I don't know such a big animal could be so stealth, but all they heard coming was the phone! 😂 I knew this reaction was gonna be hilarious, but when he started it off calling Billy an off brand Matthew McConaughey I nearly died. 😅😂
It was confirmed a few years ago i think, that the guys on the boat were taken by pteranadons while the camera was obsured by the clouds (and also that raptors ate the crew of the SS Venture in the second movie). And the theory as to why the Spino had such a hate boner for them throughout this movie was when they tried to avoid it in the play, the props clipped it's sail, which is where the blood on the windscreen came from. And while they were making the movie, the animatronic of the spino was so strong, it literally ripped the head off the t-rex animatronic. As to how eric could survive on the island alone for two months, a group of kids manage to survie six months alone one Nublar after the fall of Jurassic World (Camp Cretaceous on netflix, you should watch that, I think you'll enjoy it, and it expands the lore of the franchise quite nicely). Though i gotta admit, the end of this movie was a bit of a mess when the navy showed up.
Actually 3D printers was made in 1981. So it really wasn’t that brand new in 2001. Now in the context I was saying it in was more towards the name fancy name “the rapid prototyper” when it’s simply just a 3D printer. It’s kind of unnecessary fancy like saying your a child technician when in reality your a babysitter 🤷🏾♂️
😂😂😂 I never thought about the fact that Eric, the jungle boy, survivalist, military tactician could SOMEHOW acquire t-rex pee...but, not get Ben out of a tree. Yeah, he clearly had a vendetta against that dude. 😂😂
Timmy a Sniff-The-Dirt dude, am I right?! EDIT: I really thought that when the kid got distracted by Barney you said “Fuck that kid!” Never gag-laughed that hard in my LIFE!
First off: Fuck the people who wrote the T-Rex getting killed scene! If they didn't have that scene, this movie would've been good in my eyes, but nope, they had to kill my favorite dinosaur, just to sell a new toy to kids. More dinosaur facts: Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus is the most baffling dinosaur ever discovered, because the more they keep finding new bones, they figure out this beast has a longer tail which aids in its swimming power, keeps low to the ground like he's a facultative Biped (meaning he can walk on two legs, but commonly walks on all four), but the forelimbs don't support it either, because those things are huge and made for swiping, not walking. Think Grizzly Bear kind of swipe. Though, they know for sure the Spinosaurus prefer to be in Swamps, Rivers, and Lakes. They mainly eat fish, but in general they're carnivores. On land, it's awkward, because of the weight distribution, but in the water, this beast is a shark, and its dorsal sail is like a fin. On the Goji Center RUclips channel they did a T-Rex vs. Spinosaurus video and said it's pretty much even between them and depending on where they fight. If its on Land, T-Rex will tear this boy apart with its 431,342 psi bite force, and his durable hide can handle the Spinosaurus' claw swipes. In the water, the Spinosaurus has to clamp his jaws and drag the T-Rex into the depths of the water and drown him. The Pteranodons can't pick up their prey with their feet, like our Present day Raptors (Eagles, Hawks, Falcons, etc.) can. In fact, they definitely either dove into water like the modern gannets, or picked fish from the surface of water, like the frigate birds and the albatross. Also, yes, they would eat humans, but roughly around Eric's size or smaller, since they're easier to snatch up in their beaks, and would smash them against rocks near the nest for their hatchings to feed on the tender meat. Surprisingly, there aren't any flying dinosaurs that could carry adult humans, not even Quetzalcoatlus, the largest flying dinosaur on record that's the size of an adult Giraffe (not kidding by the way, they got that big) can carry us. Most birds can only carry something that's half of their weight. So, our kids would be totally screwed. Especially without Plot Armor.
Yeah I think the Rex losing in a land fight pissed off so many fans. She was one of the main characters in the first movie and continued to be. I remember being a mad as hell teenager over it. XD
Argh, I'm so mad at myself for missing this. Yay, funkos are back! I love that actor who plays Ellie's husband. He was super funny in The A-Team. And I forgot to mention that I also love Tea Leoni.
Personally believe the kid might be able to survive, just based on real life kids living in jungles. Like that little girl Misha that survive living as one of the Wolves. Also many dinosaurs are bigger then T-Rex, including Gigatasours, and Ulughbegsaurus
Rip Michael Jeter 1952-2003 and Julio Oscar Mechoso 1955-2017 Michael Jeter played Udesky in this movie, he best know for Smokey and Steamer in the Polar express movie and Mr Noodle's brother Mister Noodle in Sesame Street from 2000 to 2003, Michael Jeter died from complications of an epileptic seizure he was 50 years old, Michael Jeter is with his friends Jim Henson, Jane Henson, John Henson, Caroll Spinney, Bob McGrath, Emilio Delgado, Alaina Reed Hall, Tony Geiss and Judy Freudberg

I saw this movie in the theater when it was first released and really liked it. I was excited to see Alan and Ellie again since they weren't in the second movie (even though it sucked that they weren't together anymore). And I remember being shocked the kid was still alive but in a good way. Cause I just KNEW they kid was 💀! Watching your reaction I can see the plot holes now. But at the time it was action packed and thoroughly entertaining. Yes, it's ridiculous for the boy to have survived 8 weeks alone on that island. But watching this right on the heels of your "Jumanji" reaction I have to say that Allen surviving 25 years trapped in the board game eqivalent of Detroit:Juggle Edition is way more far-fetched. How did he manage to evade all that shit in the game for 25 years when he almost got killed 3x on Day 1 AFTER he got back?? It makes no sense but we let it slide because seriously, who doesn't love Robin Williams?
Yes, I saw all 3 Jurassic Parks in the theater… but I haven’t seen any of the Jurassic Worlds in the theater, I had no desire to. I’m fed up with sequels, remakes and reboots. I watched the first Jurassic World when it came on HBO and I didn’t care for it and I have no desire or interest in seeing Fallen Kingdom or Dominion

Once T. rex had that hold on its neck, it was over. T. rex had a bite force of several tons per square inch at its snout, to say nothing about closer to its neck.
I love your reactions, and your copilates. I especially loved the part where you were calling Eric Timmy. Keep the good reactions coming.
Give Eric another week n he wouldve been out here riding dinosaurs Lmao
shoutout that fence that didn't budge when the spinosaurus ran into it the first time
Honestly, a Timmy and Eric team-up movie sounds better than the garbage the Jurassic World trilogy threw at us.
That would be awesome!
The first one was good. The next 2, nah
I love Jurassic world trilogy
@@Anna-s2m4uI suppose someone has to.
Great idea, they would have been the same age at this time or maybe Timmy is a bit older
"Last time we heard that MF'ing Godzilla showed up"
💀
You were absolutely spot on, I was in tears laughing during your Timmy/Eric rant 😂😂
6:48 I can’t be the only one who screamed, “It’s Mr. Noodle’s brother, Mr. Noodle!!! Hi Mr. Noodle.” 😂😂😂
Jurassic Park 3 is a guilty pleasure. Flawed? Definitely. Enjoyable? Hell yeah!
"Why her? It's the haircut." LOL 🤣🤣🤣
"Nothing but a 3D printer." Yeah. In 2001. It was brand new technology.
9:21 just so you know, when you tell me to shut up after you get jump scared it just makes me cackle louder 😂🤣
😂😂😂 I never thought about the fact that Eric, the jungle boy, survivalist, military tactician could SOMEHOW acquire t-rex pee...but, not get Ben out of a tree. Yeah, he clearly had a vendetta against that dude. 😂😂
out of all the JP/JW movies, ive rewatched this one the most
Timmy a Sniff-The-Dirt dude, am I right?!
EDIT: I really thought that when the kid got distracted by Barney you said “Fuck that kid!” Never gag-laughed that hard in my LIFE!
"Now I can officially say this..." After Nash died. 😂 He's right!
Your stoic looks back at the camera kill me!!! LOLLLLLLLLLLL
"timmy woulda walked all this shit off" lmao
Another great reaction, J! Thanks to you and Blank for keeping us entertained!
I paused at 17:23 accidentally & that face is priceless😂 so much said with so little words
XD
Dr. Allen Grant is the best charcater in all series. Palentologist action hero. His the indiana jones of the trilogy. 1 and 3 are 🔥. 2 okay
Luv your reaction videos can't wait for you do the Jurassic world series
My favorite one of the series!
'He look like an off-brand Matthew McConaughey'. That was hilarious, man.
Awesome reaction and I've always enjoyed this sequel, not as bad as people say definitely not as good as the original.
The timmy rant almost literally killed me. You and a chicken nugget were almost the death of me.
Argh, I'm so mad at myself for missing this. Yay, funkos are back!
I love that actor who plays Ellie's husband. He was super funny in The A-Team. And I forgot to mention that I also love Tea Leoni.
"Thats like being at Walmart" 😂😂😂 that needs to be a t-shirt.
"That's my new address" ive said it before, you are a comic genius
Plenty of jump scares in this one for you muhahahaha 😂😂
Personally believe the kid might be able to survive, just based on real life kids living in jungles. Like that little girl Misha that survive living as one of the Wolves.
Also many dinosaurs are bigger then T-Rex, including Gigatasours, and Ulughbegsaurus
Rip

Here's some pseudo-Ian Malcom-esque philosophy that'll amp you up for Jurassic World: "First, man was playing God. Now, man is God, and our first creation is the Devil."
@6:47 IMMEDIATE PTSD... Anyone rewatching this has been conditioned.
Timmy got pissed on by a T-Rex and the "I want to piss on you" song was playing the entire time.
I'm so happy to have a new job, but really sad, that it requires to get up early and missing out on the EOM premieres! I miss being in the chat. But I'm still here, guys! 💖
Also, so glad you’re jumping into more slashers. Those are a personal fave.
You say F part 3 but this one is actually my favorite of the original 3 because it has my favorite dinosaur in it. I absolutely LOVE pterodactyls! 🥰
19:56 Best jumpscare in the entire series lol
Like your new setup!
Oh, I LOVE that shirt!
Thank you so much!!
Always with that Detroit Love!🤣🤣
I'm so sorry, i lied to you in a comment on another video. I said i camemfor the reactions and stayed for the dogs......whilst that is still true..... I stayed for the jumpscares too.😂 Your expresssion and 'shuddups' can literally make me cry from laughing so hard. 😂😂😂
32:29 why he kick they thing in the face 😂😂😂😂
I love the final raptor scene. They just wanted their eggs ❤
waddup JL! theres a Nick Cage movie with ol' girl called The Family Man that i really hope we get to see on the channel someday
Loved the rant 🤣 thanks
I would love to see a compilation of all of your “shut up”s when you get startled.
