These are my favourite videos you do. Honest and open, not staged at all. I have 2 boys, ones 3 months old and the others just turned 5. I never worried about mum guilt as I knew my boys would both be loved unconditionally, but I did worry I wouldn't find time in the day to sit with the oldest and do an activity but I have been able to do that everyday and my boys absolutely adore each other. The baby fits into your existing life, it's fantastic. I love hearing James speak about things. He has a fantastic outlook on a lot of things and it's really refreshing to hear a man say some of the things he says xx
I have 4 sisters and I love it!! We’re close enough in age to be close but also spread apart enough that we’re not all doing the same thing at the same time (i never felt like my parents couldn’t come to something i was doing). It’s just so special to be close with so many people and you have different bonds with every sibling

I had an emergency c-section and sometimes when I look at my scar I feel really sad that that was my experience, but you're so right, there is absolutely more to life than that. For those wondering about contraceptive coils, there are in fact, two types. One is the non hormonal type commonly called the copper coil, which stops the egg implanting and the Mirena coil which is hormonal (progresterone) which stops the egg being released, and also stops an egg implanting. This one has an added benefit that it stops/lightens your periods.
I just get so emotional seeing Carys truly embrace herself. I've watched them since their engagement and I remember Carys struggling to drive alone somewhere or order for herself and look at her now. You can see how proud James is as well by the way he looks at her. The most supportive partner I know. He celebrates these victories with her and is always there when she needs a little bit of reassurance. I just love this family!♥
I really needed to hear James comment about mourning what you’ve lost but also really happy with what you have gained. My baby is 4 months old and is my absolute little joy but I do still have days (today especially) when I feel upset over what I have lost. I’m always feel guilty for that so thank you James!

The mum guilt is so real thinking how will I love this second child the same and will my Daughter get less of me and it just breaks my heart. Her being a lockdown baby makes it worse too I think it's felt like just me and her for so long so to now have a second ok the way is making me feel guilty. I am trying to look forward to when they're older and hopefully get on and to have the family dynamic that I see us having. Siblings are so important in our lives so I know in the long run this will be good for both of them xx

I'm glad no one has said "you should be grateful" or "it's not that bad" when I say I'm sad about my body falling apart. Doesn't keep me from saying it to myself, but mourning the loss of what used to be is perfectly normal.

i think of the whole “mourning what you lost” idea like radical acceptance…can’t change it, so it doesn’t benefit you to worry about it, but you can recognize it really sucks. i have been in eating disorder recovery for a while & that has been the most challenging aspect for me. carys, what happened to your channel?? i miss seeing your outfit videos and hauls!! 🥺

I have a 14 month age gap between my two (youngest is 7 months!) and I always knew I wanted a small gap and they were both planned. When I found out I was pregnant and until about 2 weeks PP I didn’t know how on earth I was suppose to love this baby as much as I loved Lola? And now I honestly have double the love, plus more love for fact they have each other and how much love each other! It took time, but what everyone says is true!!!! Copper coil kills the sperm, as its non hormonal it won't interefer with the regularity of your cycles. It can make them more painful and heavier (mine were so bad with it I would rather go through labour and child birth again). Like you, Carys, my libido when right up after having my little boy - we had sex 3 weeks after I had him. It also feels better now -I don't know, maybe because I'm even more in love with my partner now that I ever thought possible? Having a baby definitely gives you more appreciation for partner 🥰
The reason they didn’t continue with the male contraception pill was because of risk vs consequence. For a female the risks of taking the pill etc is low compared to the consequence of not taking it which is pregnancy has lots of risks. The consequence for males not taking the pill is nothing so it is more risky to take the pill compared to not! Hope that made sense ☺️
Ti Jay Hey, I get what you’re saying however from a scientific point of view Annabel is correct, basically regulations mean any medication can only be marketed if the side effects of the medication are less than the condition itself otherwise very dangerous medications could be put on the market for very minor conditions. Unfortunately all the side effects of birth control in men are more extreme since men don’t go through pregnancy or childbirth so unless the regulation is changed (which it shouldn’t be) male contraception with any side effects won’t pass through, hope this makes sense :)
Hi beautiful family we are from Australia 🇦🇺 and we come from a big family I am a mum of 7 amazing beautiful kids they are all growing up now my oldsters daughter is 39 years old my baby girl is 19 years old the one up from her is 28 years old my older daughter has 9 grandchildren I have 25 grandchildren big family are amazing but it's a lot of hard work you have good and bad days but if you all sick together it will work out in Australia 🇦🇺 it's hard because they is no work for the kids because of you no what not saying that thing that's going on in the world 🌎 but we all stick together and one of my daughter has a little girl with cerebral palsy she can't talk or walk the last 2 years has been a stressful for her she go to a special school but she hasn't been there because of every thing going on in the world 🌎 you don't need a lot of money to have a big family you just got to have a lot of love ❤️ and time because at the end of it that's what kids will remember all the fun things you do with them taking them to the park taking them to school picking them up from games having fun is all you need love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ yes and a lot of cookies and food that's what keeps family together good memories love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ from Australia 🇦🇺

You can actually drink while breastfeeding! It’s a myth that you would have to dump your breast milk if you drank! Just a silly myth to keep moms from having fun 🤗

If she hadn’t have let her self go so badly would she be saying half of this he stuff she has if she was still nice fit and trim . I have a 14 month age gap between my two (youngest is 7 months!) and I always knew I wanted a small gap and they were both planned. When I found out I was pregnant and until about 2 weeks PP I didn’t know how on earth I was suppose to love this baby as much as I loved Lola? And now I honestly have double the love, plus more love for fact they have each other and how much love each other! It took time, but what everyone says is true!!!! Xxxx
Plus I have a different kinda love for my little one, like a “you’re my little baby” love for the youngest

Copper coil kills the sperm, as its non hormonal it won't interefer with the regularity of your cycles. It can make them more painful and heavier (mine were so bad with it I would rather go through labour and child birth again). Like you, Carys, my libido when right up after having my little boy - we had sex 3 weeks after I had him. It also feels better now -I don't know, maybe because I'm even more in love with my partner now that I ever thought possible? Having a baby definitely gives you more appreciation for partner 🥰

The reason they didn’t continue with the male contraception pill was because of risk vs consequence. For a female the risks of taking the pill etc is low compared to the consequence of not taking it which is pregnancy has lots of risks. The consequence for males not taking the pill is nothing so it is more risky to take the pill compared to not! Hope that made sense ☺️

Ti Jay Hey, I get what you’re saying however from a scientific point of view Annabel is correct, basically regulations mean any medication can only be marketed if the side effects of the medication are less than the condition itself otherwise very dangerous medications could be put on the market for very minor conditions. Unfortunately all the side effects of birth control in men are more extreme since men don’t go through pregnancy or childbirth so unless the regulation is changed (which it shouldn’t be) male contraception with any side effects won’t pass through, hope this makes sense :)

Hi beautiful family we are from Australia 🇦🇺 and we come from a big family I am a mum of 7 amazing beautiful kids they are all growing up now my oldsters daughter is 39 years old my baby girl is 19 years old the one up from her is 28 years old my older daughter has 9 grandchildren I have 25 grandchildren big family are amazing but it's a lot of hard work you have good and bad days but if you all sick together it will work out in Australia 🇦🇺 it's hard because they is no work for the kids because of you no what not saying that thing that's going on in the world 🌎 but we all stick together and one of my daughter has a little girl with cerebral palsy she can't talk or walk the last 2 years has been a stressful for her she go to a special school but she hasn't been there because of every thing going on in the world 🌎 you don't need a lot of money to have a big family you just got to have a lot of love ❤️ and time because at the end of it that's what kids will remember all the fun things you do with them taking them to the park taking them to school picking them up from games having fun is all you need love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ yes and a lot of cookies and food that's what keeps family together good memories love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ from Australia 🇦🇺

I would feel guilty not having more than one because you would be watching your child grow up without a sibling. But if you have too many your not going to give all of them attention.

You can actually drink while breastfeeding! It’s a myth that you would have to dump your breast milk if you drank! Just a silly myth to keep moms from having fun 🤗

I don’t like them mukbangs either why would you do that to your self when you’ve already let ya self go and make out it’s ok to do etc etc just because they have . If she hadn’t have let her self go so badly would she be saying half of this he stuff she has if she was still nice fit and trim . I’m done with these “influencers “ it only fits when it suits them and when they change it’s a joke and feel sorry for people who follow their ways who look up to them . That is not healthy at all neither is being a lot over weight shame on influencers that say it is it BS and contradicting .
