Hmmm.... I wonder if this is soy flour except it's already cooked. But I might be wrong . I always imagined we have to make the soy milk and then dehydrate to get soy milk powder. In the late 70's kindergarten children were given soya flour to take home for mother's to cook them. It's kind of introduction to this food but my mother couldn't get us to drink them . She ended up making sweet cakes and persuade us to eat them
But since this is a soy powder milk , I think it is necessary to be cooked,. to make flour to use in bread that it will be baked. It is not a problem.This is what I think😊

No don’t eat raw soybean. Can cause all kinds of health issues. You shouldn’t eat soybeans at all. Not only are you eating GMO but also getting a dose of glyphosate to help kick start cancer. Let’s not forget it’s full of estrogen. It is actually used to produce estrogen replacement for women. It should not even be fed to livestock.

i can't do it bee trying for months. i think i am just going to give up. i have loads of soy beans but its getting me down now all i get is dirty water which i just threw away. i tried so hard. all i wanted was soy milk powder. i may try again in a few wks ................
