    Okay... so two weeks ago I watched this video and commented on it immediately after watching cause I loved it. Few days later I tried it out and I was blown away. I make smoothies with the frozen one with bananas and a little of coconut and it’s not only yummy but nutritional. I had to make sure I return here to comment on how nice it was. Thanks once again for the tips! Kudos!!👍

    Thank you for sharing this video which reminds me of my small project years back. 7 years ago while I was serving as an agronomist for the government down here in Ethiopia I wrote a small booklet of 30 pages on the production and food processing of Soy (half the booklet 2as dedicated about processing). With a very small fund our nutrition specialst and I gave a training for 100 rural womans who resides in a small village that suffer from reccurent drought. The result was phenomenal. During dry periods when the cows doesn't give much milk, those farmers have atlist some Soy grain in their storage and they supplement Soy Milk for the kids.They even make Tofa for fasting seasons since Ethiopians doesn't eat animal products during fasting seasons. Those ladies even use their enginuty to mix the soy flour with maize and wheat to make pancake and biscuites. A very versatile and magic grain Soy Bean it is.

    Thank you for your video. I tried once to make soy milk, when I had it on the fire I saw the same thickness that you removed, & I tasted it & it was slightly bitter, but I see yours was good. When you put it on the fire, do you turn the heat up or medium? That time my milk didn't come out good I boil & boil, but to me it had a very slight bitterness still. What was the problem?

    • @bhusanur.cooking
      @bhusanur.cooking  4 года назад +5

      Sounds great! One thing is rinse the soy very well until you get clear water before you cook. ANd second thing is remove the skin maximum you can before you blend. Try to put enough water before boiling. Keep stirring and boil the milk @ medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Make sure that its not burning at the bottom. Once it cool down remove the top layer from the milk. Hope this will help for you. I am sure you will make perfect bitterless milk next time. Thanks for coming through.
