    Thank you, Jules! I really enjoy your videos. I'm 62 years old and have been dealing with back problems, but I've made significant progress since I started following your content. It would be fantastic if you could include some videos that cater to intermediate levels. I truly appreciate all that you do!

      Thank you so much for letting me know that you're seeing progress. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) in both seated and standing workouts, and categorize them all into the playlists. Just look for 'playlists' on the main page and scroll down to where you see the seated options. I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
      I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel.
      Lastly, I upload all of the workouts from both channels to my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com
      I hope that helps and I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.

    Thank you! Two days in a row doing your videos for gentle stretch. Much needed exercises for me, after a long time away from my athletics from my younger years and going through mental health recovery. I’m also preparing for work and my job requires walking, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing heavy things sometimes. So I noticed it is a good idea to encourage myself into a gentle stretches exercises. It was fun! This is a victory and accomplishment! Thanks!

    I just appreciate your reminders of breathing, it’s East to forget to breath deeply. Thank you Jules for accommodating
    People like me who likes to hear your instructions. Thank you. This is another favorite stretch seated ,when I don’t feel like doing the floor . Good job .
