I used to clean houses for a living and one client had a problem with calcium buildup and rust.
I tried a ton of cleaners including baking soda, vinegar and natural products. I tried CLR not the one you just used, but it didn't work...
However I decided to try the lime away toilet cleaner from the dollar tree. I literally squirted it around the top of the tub, faucet and other bad areas to let it sit and run down to the bottom of the tub.
It cleaned it better than anything I'd ever used, looked new again and didn't have to scrub so hard.
Just thought I'd share, In case it works on kitchen faucet, if not you are probably right about the finish. Worth a buck twenty-five 😁

I haven’t gotten around to researching them yet. I did a quick amazon search and the price just made me put it on the back burner. I was approached by a company to create a review on their UV-C cell phone device, but they explicitly stated that I was NOT to conduct my bacteria testing on it, but rather just give a how to use and ease of use review..
