Their son did a version on Balitecture. Less explanation though but he showed a few more rooms. I preferred this as you can understand their vision better :)
The architecture is out of place, why would you build a hangar on the rice terraces? It doesn’t look nice nor fitting. Also the color used is the Marrakesh terracotta color that’s also out of place, that kind of color is fitting for desert kind of environment not green tropical paradise. The decor is a mainly Moroccan bohemian with Indian art and a hodge podge of different miscilanious objects. Where is the Balinese art? Where is the Balinese architecture, truly money or even knowledge in this case doesn’t buy you taste.
I need extended version so we can see the full house. This place is amazing might be my favorite villa I’ve ever seen
