You can also order extra trays so if you're doing a lot of something you can load and freeze the 2nd batch while the first is freeze drying. That way you can start the 2nd already frozen and save time. Also good for fast exchange of trays so you don't have to defrost the dryer to start over.

I blend then FD my blackberries and raspberries. Once they are done FDing, I blend each berry (with plastic wrap under the lid so powder doesnt fly). Then sift the seeds out. I figured out a recipe to reconstitue each one for seedles jams and jellies. The deliscious applications for powdered fruits and veggies are endless. (Add to smoothies, icecream, make power capsules, etc.)

Plus they pay the workers lots like we do. Our lowest Job is 20 bucks every hour and the operators 4 the grain farm get 70 or 90 thousand and a new truck sometimes.plus they don’t work for 2 hole months but my dad and our mechanic does. I help 2 and I can weld now.

I’m just wondering how well the Harvest Right is working down the road….long term use. I’m seeing so many comments about them not working properly and not being able to get support from manufacturer. They’re priced high enough that you hope they’d last 20 years or more. I also wonder if there are replaceable parts that are easily obtained by the consumer if something goes wrong. I don’t want to throw away a $2,500-$3,500 unit if it breaks.

I spent $6000-7000 on one of these because I saw them here on RUclips. It worked amazing for 2 months and then no more. I worked with them for months trying to fix the problem. My bf did all the work, they sent a new hose, but wouldn’t send o-rings. It was ridiculous. It’s been almost a year since Harvest Right just completely dropped me. Now I have a $6500 paperweight. I’m by no means rich, that was the last of my little bit of divorce money I used on that, as I thought it was a smart investment. BEFORE purchasing one from this company, which I would never recommend, first I suggest joining FB groups where you will see that way too many people are experiencing the same issues. I would NEVER recommend this product.
