I have ordered this in Hazel and I'm so excited 😊. I had a Google Cromecast without the remote version and controlling it on my Phone 📱 via casting to my TV was extremely annoying and I had to reset it constantly!
I was using the Google Chromecast 4k dongle. I considered getting the new Google TV Streamer but I bought the Nvidia Shield TV Pro instead. I think I made the right choice. 😋
Nice video bro, question I'm trying to setup the mouse toggle, i did everything that i have to do and don't let me to enable the mouse, i don't know if somebody else has that issue, could you please do a video to see if i have to do something else, thanks bro
First test is not surprising, NTFS is a Windows format, Android is based on Linux, it won't recognise NTFS. By default Android is not interested in other drives so there's not really any reason for them to add support for it. FAT32 file size limit has historically been 4GB so ExFAT should be used.
You don't need more storage on that new device, it has 32 GB of space, that's far more than you need. Shield still the best one of all even though it only has 16 GB which is enough. All my digital videos are on the PC server where the huge amount of storage is and just run a app on the device to load them up on it. (On same network) However Google TV Streamer is still new so give it time to start letting apps work. Plex may need to get into a agreement with them for this new device I guess, weird I know but oh well.
How do you know how much storage somebody needs. On my Nvidia Shield I have 500 GB of SSD hard drive so you don’t know how much storage people need and what they’re using the device for.

Hi maybe you could test if any other media server will run on the Google TV Streamer 4k ?
so this usbc port is 2.0 speed or 3.0?
❤❤❤❤ looks great
Does it support EXT4, Linux's native format?
I notice that there are no ventilation openings, which makes me ask if you have noticed an issue with overheating.

Shouldn’t the Google TV streamer format your storage device?
how about plex tv app no server
Android 12 or Android 13?

Still don't have Plex!! 🤣🤣🤣🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️💯
Any chance you can test Plex client to see how far the artwork loads when you scroll?
Why can't you just use a streaming device as a streaming device and not muck it up?
It won't accept NTFS.
I'll pass. The Shield is still better.
😁😁😁👍👍👍
please do a vpn app install video if you can
Google TV is only allowing FAT32.
