Yay! I have the ingredients! A tip someone gave me was add abt 2-3 oz softened cream cheese to the 4 serving jello banana pudding recipe & it's super delicious! I made a big nonketo banana pudding w vanilla wafers and bananas for a fam get together. These people don't usually eat deserts but they ate all of it! I'm gonna make this soon, thanks!
They would also eat Paula Deens up too, it is delicious. I've been saying I was going to keto it too. I'm going to try this one, but I'm still going to keto Paula's, just more prep as I have to make keto condensed milk.

@@southernketo - You adjust the sweetener and salt to your taste. Here is my recipe for example..... 3 1/3 cup water. 6 oz heavy whipping cream. Quarter teaspoon, salt. Quarter teaspoon, liquid sweetener ( I use, Splenda ZERO Monk Fruit Zero Calorie Liquid Sweetener )
i add a pinch or two of salt to the water and dissolve it before i add my cream. i also put less sweetener in it..and i add a teeny but of xanthan gum because real milk isnt runny like water...so it gives it more of the "real feel" in your mouth.

If you're a cream shaker be sure you open or cut your empty carton open and get any butter you've made🤓😁. If mine sits long since it doesn't go bad quickly, and since i quit shaking it, i still get some at times! Yum!

Thanks! I'm so glad I did it, because I really have missed banana pudding for a long time now... You'll totally be able to pull it off. The Walmarts in my town don't have it, but some of the ones in the bigger cities do. If you buy three of them, it's cheaper to give them on Amazon as long as you have Prime.

Why is there no Keto Kitchen Restaurant? I can see you starting the "Southern Keto" Restaurant chain, with great commercials with you as spokesperson and owner. I would invest! There is a great need for keto/carnivore diet restaurants! Let's all think out of the box and plan for this, as we cross over into our wonderful New World in 2025 and beyond. Make America Healthy Again. 🎉
As much as I would love to see that, it would be cost prohibitive. Even buying in bulk, look at the prices of McDonald's food or other chain restaurants... I really want to teach people how to take control of your own health and pick out your own ingredients and know what goes into the food. Plus, if I did that, it would be a double full-time job on top of my other full-time job and I wouldn't be able to do RUclips anymore and I really love doing RUclips 🤣
The protein, far, carbs, and calories would be whatever they are in one cup of the brand of heavy cream that you use. The other ingredients have no calories or carbs. 😁
Note: If you use an allulose/monkfruit blend, do not double it until you have tried it. I use the blend and (depending on brand), I rarely have to add extra, do to the monkfruit in it.
What is the correct amount of magic baker for the keto milk? I think you said 1/8 cup in the video, but the written recipe says 1 1/4? This looks awesome 👏🏼 🎉

So once I use up what I have I think I'll switch to the Unflavored beef type. Oh and on I side note I love that your from South Carolina! I was born in Piedmont SC! I know the puddin' and pie fillin' purists are gonna crucify me but... I never temper my eggs. Ever. I throw them right in the pan with everything else when it's cold. I heat it up slowly. It works for me. I kinda figure if it does ever clump, I'll just strain it. 😂 A yeller bowl for nanner puddin'. Makes sense to me 😊 I forgot to ask so I'm back... Is that milk the same consistency as whole milk? Or close? I've made another recipe and it called for less cream and added xanthan. It wasn't like whole milk. I used the amount of allulose called for in the recipe. It was fine for me but hubby wouldn't have cared for it. So that's why I am asking.

I've got a pretty complex ice cream recipe that I made after talking to one of our local handmade ice cream guys and that's where I got the idea for that to use it in the pudding. Might give your method a try, because it would be a whole lot easier 🤷🏻♂️ yellow bowl makes everything taste better ,🤣 If you don't know the story of the yellow bowl, go watch the old biscuits and gravy recipe that I have and you'll hear the story... I tried to make this milk have the same amount of fat and the same amount of sweetness as whole milk. I think it's really close. Let me know what you think if you make this 😁

I don't eat apple pie, pecan pie or banana pudding. Lol I actually eat all the ingredients but I just don't like them mixed together. It's the texture. I love dipping Nilla wafers in pudding but I keep some out for me and make the rest layered for the rest of the family. I love apples and the taste of the pie but I ain't gonna eat mushy apples. i used the same amount of cream as victor does but i add a pinch or two of xanthan to make it thicker like real milk. real milk isnt as runny as water.

I have been cheating on the banana pudding by using Jello sugar free vanilla pudding, Banana bakery emulsion, almond milk and whipping cream..... but the jello has either maltidextrin or dextrose.... you would think I would have learned my lesson by now.😊
Hopefully this will be a better replacement for you. Super easy and none of the junk! (Modified Cornstarch, Maltodextrin, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Phosphate, Contains Less than 2% of Salt, Artificial Colors, Xanthan Gum, Aspartame (Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine) (Sweetener), Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Calcium Sulfate, Acesulfame Potassium (Sweetener), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Mono- and Diglycerides, Yellow 5, Yellow 6)!
They're too high in carbs. Depending on how many carbs you can do per day, you could put one banana in there. You would have 28 g of carbs in just the banana. I would rather leave it out and just eat more of the pudding 🤣
It's super easy! If you ever see me make a dessert, be assured it ain't hard 🤣 I thought about pork rinds for vanilla wafers...🤔 Maybe I need to come up with a new recipe for Nilla Wafers... 🤣
I always recommend downloading carb manager or using an online macro calculator so you can put in the actual ingredients you're planning on using. Should be very little sodium though 😁

Thanks! I'm so glad I did it, because I really have missed banana pudding for a long time now... You'll totally be able to pull it off. The Walmarts in my town don't have it, but some of the ones in the bigger cities do. If you buy three of them, it's cheaper to give them on Amazon as long as you have Prime.

As much as I would love to see that, it would be cost prohibitive. Even buying in bulk, look at the prices of McDonald's food or other chain restaurants... I really want to teach people how to take control of your own health and pick out your own ingredients and know what goes into the food. The protein, far, carbs, and calories would be whatever they are in one cup of the brand of heavy cream that you use. The other ingredients have no calories or carbs. 😁
Note: If you use an allulose/monkfruit blend, do not double it until you have tried it.
I use the blend and (depending on brand), I rarely have to add extra, do to the monkfruit in it.

I've made another recipe and it called for less cream and added xanthan. It wasn't like whole milk. I used the amount of allulose called for in the recipe. It was fine for me but hubby wouldn't have cared for it. So that's why I am asking.

I've got a pretty complex ice cream recipe that I made after talking to one of our local handmade ice cream guys and that's where I got the idea for that to use it in the pudding. Might give your method a try, because it would be a whole lot easier 🤷🏻♂️ yellow bowl makes everything taste better ,🤣 If you don't know the story of the yellow bowl, go watch the old biscuits and gravy recipe that I have and you'll hear the story... I tried to make this milk have the same amount of fat and the same amount of sweetness as whole milk. I think it's really close. Let me know what you think if you make this 😁

i used the same amount of cream as victor does but i add a pinch or two of xanthan to make it thicker like real milk. real milk isnt as runny as water.

I have been cheating on the banana pudding by using Jello sugar free vanilla pudding, Banana bakery emulsion, almond milk and whipping cream..... but the jello has either maltidextrin or dextrose.... you would think I would have learned my lesson by now.😊

They're too high in carbs. Depending on how many carbs you can do per day, you could put one banana in there. You would have 28 g of carbs in just the banana. I would rather leave it out and just eat more of the pudding 🤣
