For those feeling sorry for Whitney think about this, not only was she willing to lie and perjure herself, she was willing to falsely accuse and frame Johnny for domestic violence. Ok I agree that these are some really good evidence, but to be fair, we have to consider that this case is being broadcasted. There are millions trying to make sense of the case. So it's logical that every now and then we'd find some good stuff outside of what the lawyers find. I mean, lawyers have only a limited time and energy to do so. I wouldn't be so quick to say that these RUclipsrs will be a better hire to fight Johnny's case.

There is a video from years ago where on a reality TV show where a women is looking at bruises all over Whitney telling Whitney that Amber really got her good. She brings it up multiple times and Whitney shy's away from it. The way Whitney reacts is how someone who is being abused would act. I am pretty sure Whitney was not only abused by her parents but by Amber. I feel she has the short end of the stick on this one. I feel bad for her personally. I have absolutely ZERO sympathy for Whitney. She not only commited perjury but she was willing to lie & destroy an innocent man's life. She saw Heard before the makeup artist without makeup and said there were no injuries and also stated she saw Heard right before or after her RO hearing and there was no bruise on her face.

This woman sounds credible and honest, it seems to fit with what we know already and it appears that Whitney is scared of her sister, I feel sorry for her as she has basically been bullied.

@@brandmotivo yes I do agree to an extent, she really was ungrateful to J.D. but with Jennifer Howell's version is different to Whitney's it is possible to lie under oath, also she said something about not being sober so maybe her memories aren't clear but if you know anything about abuse or bullying, coercive control and other forms of abuse (this is the turd we're talking about here, she did try to blackmail J.D. afterall, hence why we're here!) so I wouldn't be surprised if her "baby" sister, we don't know what happened behind closed doors. Also in the deposition there was a variation in events. If i were a member of the jury, all these testimonies would be considered not credible because of a simple reason: the recordings. No One would be able to convince me that what we hear in them, depict a victimnof domestic violence who has endured some of the worst domestic violence and sexual abuse i ever heard in my life and is afraid for her life, talking to her abuser. No sane person will be able to get past those recordings. No sane person wille believe that a woman who is a victim of terrible violence, would go after her abuser to hit him, whenever he shows no intention of fighting with her (just think about it: you are in a verbal altercation with your abuser who you fear might kill you, he tells you he does not want to continue the argument and you, instaed of feeling relieved because this time he didnt hit you, you go after him hiting him and calling him names?!?). No real victim would provoke her abuser The way we hear amber do to Johnny (She calls him "coward" for refusing to fight her! No real victim would provoke her abuser like that!) The trial could have stoped after those recordings because there's no way anyone would convince me she is a victim and he is the abuser...
Agree 100%!! There was another disturbing recording in which Amber was arguing with Johnny and she kept saying to Johnny, “suck my d*ck” repeatedly. No DV victim would dare say such things to their abuser. Amber is the true abuser and monster.

The declaration letter from Jennifer Howell came immediately after the UK trial and I assume she wrote it because she couldn't believe that Whitney lied under oath about the staircase incident. My guess is Whitney's afraid of what Amber might do to her if she tells the truth, so sees committing perjury by lying under oath as the lesser of two evils.

I have never heard of a case where someone has been prosecuted for perjury. This letter would certainly seem like accurate credible evidence of her perjuring herself for her sister's lies. This letter & witness will certainly be one of the biggest bombshells of this case.

No, you misunderstand. The reason why Whitney was reluctant to mention or refer to Jennifer is because she knew the importance of that letter! to Johnny's case. And Johnny's team could'nt get it into evidence without legal relevence which means, either the defendent or a witness for Amber's team had to mention or refer to Jennifer in court before the letter was admissable as evidence. So, nothing to do with loyalties, feelings or emotions, but legal procedure & evidence to put there best case before the court to influence the jury to decide in there favour.
I also saw upset in her face, like she knew she had just lost the best thing she had. Such a shame. But I have a sister like amber, and I always had ways to make me feel special when she wanted something from me, and because I was a people pleaser like Whitney seems to be, she just trim the piss out of my soft gullible nature. Not anymore, cut from my life and always will be. Sand she hates that "me" of all people, the resin she could built into doing anything she wanted, is now having non of it, and that's how I see Whitney. Having narcissistic relatives I have pleaded with other relatives like Jennifer did with Whitney to put themselves first and not let my narc relatives take advantage of them, guilt trip them and run them ragged for their own benefit. Most of things she can say as a witness are hearsay so I wonder how they can do anything about it.
At first I was annoyed this lawyer didn't go hard on Whitney. I think now it was too gauge Whitney's reaction after bringing up Jennifer Howell. Now they have the ammunition to bring them down. I love it because AH has only 8 hours left to present more in the case and JD has 18 hours.

There was a video breakdown of Johnny's reaction when Whitney lied about him on the stand, where you could see he was visually upset she spoke against him.
I feel like he knows he's gonna win and was sad that she chose the wrong side, but knows that her sister is controlling her and there's nothing she can do against that.
At the end of the day, Whitney chose her side and will have to go down with the ship with it,
but I guess since Johnny got away from his abuser, he feels a sort of pity for Whitney who continued to stay

Jen seems like a genuinely kind soul in all of this. And tbh Whitney appears like she is still traumatized. Whitney getting angry with her friend Jen on those texts for coming forward is a great example of how a victim can act in very ugly ways under the stress and fear of abuse. Whitney displays a lot of the unflattering reality of an abused person who can get unreasonable and volatile when she feels scared. But I still feel for her. And I think Jen is doing something profoundly kind here for all involved
