That Caprese one looks amazing to me since I can hear the crunch of the bread. Bread always needs a toasty crunch for good sandwiches. :)

Oh, yum! I think I might like to substitute pickled red onion in the BBQ chicken sandwich and add a couple of slices of capicola to the caprese sandwich. I like the cilantro on the smoked turkey avacado and Gouda. Perfect.
I've been looking for some good lunch ideas...been stuck in a rut with my lunches. These sandwiches looks so delicious, especially the turkey avadcado. The only thing I would add to that sandwich is sliced red onions...Yum!

Since I don’t have access to PK where I live I looked up the ingredients for the last dressing so I can make the Caprese sandwich this week when my dad drops off his harvest of this years fresh tomatoes and arugula 😍
