Instead of having them wait they should do a ticket system so people don’t have to stand around and then maybe eventually leave. Also allows you to know exactly what you need and can foresee any issues such as running out of certain ingredients

I got a feeling he is doing ok.
What will be a problem is success and family issues of theft, laziness and resentment and expectations.
Every family business has family problems spilling into it with family members stealing, fighting, demanding.
If this guy can avoid it, great for him.
Joshua you are enlighten man! Keep up that mindset, you and the fam will have a zen future.
The power of social media is turning absolutely **** into gold.
God bless this guy and his family. I am praying that a hater does not do something stupid. Lord knows NYC is full of hateful people in the community that can’t stand to see someone doing so well. 🙏🏾
more stories like this! well done for giving them exposure! so hard workers, they deserve all the success!
Blessings and good luck for Joshua and his employess always in their business
My grandson and I came their on yesterday from CT and I must say the trip was so worth it. Those Pattie’s are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥much blessings I will be back!
"I want to see a smile on their face when they eat it. It's like wow." That to me is real success, feeling honored to nourish others. Respect to Father!
The respect I have for hard working people is unlimited✌️
I love it! Since they don't do delivery or pickup, somebody with a mind to could wait in line, take 20 orders and deliver them at a heavy markup.
Cheers to this family tho. Hard work and a family that's able to get along will always bring wealth in due time!
Remember the guy who had a business like this? People would pay him and his staff that he eventually acquired to wait in line for electronics drops (iPhones), sneakers, apparel, etc.
A $3 mark up would be enough.
I love seeing stories like this. God, please continue to bless this amazing family with love and success 🙏🏾
i’ve been here twice. the first time right before the craze started and i had some time alone with the owner. no line, no wait. just vibes. amazing people, amazing food. def recommend
This brings new meaning to generational wealth 🤑. Congratulations 👏🏾🎉!!!
Their paying their employees including the owner at less than 1000 dollars a week. Iono seems like its so hard to make 1000 bucks a week even as a entreprenur these days.
@@bobwhitten1351 It's not hard to make $1K. Thats less than average especially after taxes.
Well I see why the business is successful. Got so many hard working friends and family. I hope the best of luck for all these people! Very well deserved!
👍🏼
Good food as well😁
Loving this so much. What a beautiful expression of family, dedication, hard work and staying true to the vision.
Great job young man! Glad to see a Guyanese family succeed with love and hard work 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
One influence did a feature, they went from 4 to 500 pattys in a day. CNBC Make it does a coverage, now you'll make over 1000 patties a day!
Lord help you with all those hardwork coming and may you keep hustlin...always great to see small businesses going big, and not stopping. And indeed, more money, more problems! Hope you find a better country with reasonable revenue taxes to diversify to.
This story is so inspiring, the hustle and loyalty. Love seeing my fellow Guyanese succeed. Can’t wait to taste my first Oxtail DatMacpatty.
Amazing business with amazing people, thank you for being a great representation of how hard working my people from Queens are. SHOUTOUT DATZ DELI GOD BLESS
Love the series, keep it up!
likewise is gr8
Very humble person, knows great customer service! Food is amazing
Amazing that he cares so deeply for his family.
You and your family are such an inspiration to us working class folk! My dream is to own a food truck and listening to your story gives me sooo much hope. Thank you for sharing and May God keep blessing you all!! I’m soo happy for you especially your father. I’ve seen first hand people taking advantage of a hard working person like your dad and make false promises. GOOD FOR YOU FOR MAKING HIS DREAMS A REALITY!! MUCH LOVE AND BLESSING LS TO YOU ALL❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Fantastic. Bring it nationwide.
I love this story. This is the American Dream. A family bootstrapping together to create wealth and security for themselves and bring joy to their community. A strong family unit has always been the cornerstone of American life and prosperity. God bless this family and God bless America.
Your a good man. You protect your Dad. My late Nan worked her whole life for someone else. She was an amazing cook. Now Im my own boss. But Ill name my eatery after her one day.
He had the bigger perspective, the drive, and commitment to make it happen. Congrats!
Well done. Deserves an applause
Instead of having them wait they should do a ticket system so people don’t have to stand around and then maybe eventually leave. Also allows you to know exactly what you need and can foresee any issues such as running out of certain ingredients
It's a good idea. He's only been open less than a year. What your suggesting is easier said than done. And also cost $. It is a very complex. You could be making $1million sales and still lose money.
the place looks tiny its gonna be hard to just make the orders to keep up regardless and honestly people would get more mad if you put an order then waited 30 minutes to get your food than have to wait in line for 25 and get your food 5 minutes letter it just psychologically different.
