- In this video, ZeZe shows us how her car is set up to live in it full-time with her cat. The car is a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier four-door. Exactly, and there’s so many things/reasons for it that it doesn’t mean it’s the persons fault either. People that think this can’t happen to them...well, they are ignorant and uninformed. There’s plenty of us hard workers, those with various skills and degrees that don’t have regular “homes” because something happened that wasn’t our doing or fault. The economy is going to soon have an event that will make people wake up to this reality that they thought couldn’t happen to them. It will be a Huge wake up call! This country is about to hit very, VERY hard times.

Did this for 6 years. And had to dig out of dumpsters for food. It was hard, but i survived it. Fast forward 17years later, and i have a 3,000 square foot house, make 120k a year, and have all three of my kiddos. Dont stop fighting. It will get better.
If you WANT it too! but always have a plan and set a time goal. Seek family or the church if you have it for help.

Girl, you got mad organizational skills. I used to live in my truck with my daughter and granddaughter. With God's blessings we now each have a cabin on 1 1/4 acres of debt free land with dogs, cats and chickens. We are off-grid so no one can evict us or cut off our utilities now. Your time is coming. I used to be homeless a car would have been the best thing in the world my parents died before I was grown so I never go a Id had had a kid at a early age and with no id and no family I had no choice but to leave him with his father when we split I ended up with no were to go and again no one so I was homeless I sleep behind building on towels and would have to move every day because that not legal were I live but 6 long years latter I pulled my self together I have a husband I have 2 more kids a payed off house and a payed off truck keep your head up and keep praying but never loose your faith and u will soon see that light at the end of the tunnel
So sad that we have billions of dollars for endless wars, but can't take care of our own. So sad.
Those wars WERE funded by STEALING our ENTIRE Social Security Trust.

I also live in my pick up truck in NJ. Feeling invisible and the watching people go about their busy day while i feel lost in this life is the worst for me. Ive been denied and let go from multiple 6 figure jobs in construction mgmt because whenever it comes out that im living this way, you can visibly see their opinion of me change and not long after im let go for some fake reason like "we are slowing up". Unless uve been here, you really cant understand the stress or feelings that come with it. I do have a gyn membership so i can workout and shower which has been a huge help mentally. Staying positive is difficult but i know someone out there will believe in me one day. Thanks for sharing girl! As tough as it is, and gas/food money czn get thin...we are lucky to have vehicles over living on the street.. Keep up the good attitude and have faith that there is more in this life for you than just today!

Sometimes the best thing to do is never tell people anything about your life. It’s no one’s business, but yours. You’re about to encounter someone who will understand your situation on a very deep level. They were once there too and will have compassion for your situation, but will also SEE YOU for who and what you are when it comes to your knowledge and abilities. Hang on. ❤

Yes same exact thought all I could think of is how hard this has to be but also better than nothing and proud that she is handling this with grace 🎉 and wondering if she worked or hung out with friends...that would help alot too and make things feel a little bit more normal 😢
I thought the same thing. It must be sooo hard sleeping alone in that car in terms of safety and yet she pushes on and has the energy to look so impeccably turned out. My heart breaks for her and others in this situation.

@@thesausage351It's kind of hard to send her money when we don't know where to send it. I give all of the time and I'm blessed and grateful that I'm able to. Some people can't afford to. I never received a dime when I was struggling. I didn't want anyone's money but I did have a lot of people praying for me. I own my own home, have a career and a good amount of savings as a safety net. Nobody's money helped me but hard work and prayer did. ❤

Hate to break it to you but a lot of Americans in many states have to do this due to people being greedy.

She literally made it work within this small vehicle. I watch so many van life videos and camp life videos and This is inspiring, may she be blessed and continue to grow and be successful in whatever she does.

She may have a job and not be able to afford anything else or she may have a medical condition. i lived in the northeast and my rent for a 1 bedroom was 4k a month not including utilities. this was pre pandemic! sending her prayers for better living conditions.

That's the only place that I could think of with you paying that for a one bedroom apartment in the north east, unless you lived in an upscale PA or NJ apartment. I live in a wealthy suburb about an hour outside of Philly, PA and a one bedroom apartment easily goes for $2500-$3000. I mean yes, there are $4000+ 1 bedroom apartments around here, don't get me wrong, but they're not all that price.

Right! She really is living so cramped with barely enough, she is definitely the kind of positive & creative person who would get so much out of just a little extra space. This is a genuine solution, not offering bloody prayers or telling god to do something. If every person who mentioned god or prayers put their hand in their pocket and gave $10 to a fund rather than to the church, then she could be presented with a nice van, with a full tank of fuel and some treats for her cat.

If I was facing those things, and had been a faithful Christian/catholic and was still suffering and going broke, and my church or members hadn’t offered me food, or money, or a place to stay, well I would question why I went to a boring sermon every week, donated what I could afford and learned about helping one another etc and in my moment of need no one was offering to help me, well screw them and the alleged good god who decided I could suffer like this for him to get a bit of a laugh. This isn’t directed toward you, but when you see someone incredibly wealthy, like those asshole tv pastors or whatever saying oh I’ll pray for you, screw your prayers chump, you’re a millionaire, $5k would get me out of trouble, and you could even claim it on your taxes, but no one ever puts their hand into their pocket, they just offer prayers. I have people that have homes and obviously live comfortably and come to my property and dump their unwanted cats, cause they are irresponsible and don't get them fixed like a responsible pet owner. I live on a 167 acre farmhouse, and my house is a hot spot for people dumping cats and I take care of each and everyone of them. I pray this woman and her cat, gets the help and home they truly need, they both deserve it!!

Much respect to Susie for taking a bad situation and doing the best she can, I can promise you living that way is Not easy it's like a full time job just keep everything together and organized not to mention the constant worry about your safety, mentally she looks and sounds to be doing ok but living that way is mentally draining.... I live in my car because my wife kicked me out of my house.
I decided to live in my car because the budget hotels were so filthy and nasty with mold, roaches and bedbugs my car was much cleaner and safer for my health.
It could be a choice it's much cheaper
And it can actually be super peaceful not draining

She’s making the best with what she has and really maximized her space. I lived in my car for a couple months and this video would have probably helped me a lot. She doesn’t “look” homeless, in fact she looks quite pretty and put together. No one should have to be in this situation, but kudos to her for making it work.

This literally made me cry, I am praying for you Hun.... Me and my fiance lived in our car with our dog for a year and a half... I don't know this ladies situation, but we weren't sober. Finally on May 18th 2023 we got clean, started working, got us a place and this month makes a year we've been clean... My dog lives with us in our home, we've had him for years and he is such a blessing. If it weren't for our dog, we wouldn't have made it, he kept us going...

I donate there are times when we work at animal shelters and work at homeless shelters I try to do what I can, not just the idea of giving stuff to people don’t take my idea and try to twist it and make me to be a jerk when you are acting that way put your money where your mouth is. I’ve donated more clothes, gifts, televisions toys, and you probably have ever donated in your life.

This is so wrong. No one should be homeless. We have so many abandoned buildings, houses, and plenty of space to provide shelter to everyone. This will be the reason why I have to work til the day I die. No retirement for this lady. I can hardly afford life now as it is in my 40’s just makes me so nervous about my future and how I’ll survive it all.

Inflation right now is crazy. You'd think they'd raise the minimum wage. I mean some things such as food and construction materials have literally nearly doubled. It's crazy.

There’s a few parts where you can hear her voice trembling just by talking about her situation, she doesn’t sound genuinely happy but she does have a solid spirit.

I live in the warmer western states in the winter. In states with higher altitudes in the summer, it's cooler.

I also live in my Honda Odyssey. Been in it for a year and a half. I have power stations, a usb fan with a light and window shades for privacy and I live in Texas. It’s brutal in the Summertime but I chose this life. I was tired of being broke and not able to do anything after paying rent. Now I eat what I want and I travel when I want. I haven’t been so free in my life!

Maybe she doesn’t want one. Maybe, like me, the idea of paying dead rent money to live in someone else box sucks. Maybe she likes to travel and follow the sun, or follow the work, or to travel and see her friends. Living in a car doesn’t mean she needs help or that she’s broke, she might be saving up to buy a big van, or her own house.

@@breannegeorge9924 I’m probably not the best to answer given I own a house and I’ve lived in the one town since I was 13, however, for me, I guess I like the security as when I was growing up, single parent, we rented and we were forced to move a lot, either because the rent became too expensive, or the owners were selling so we went from house to house, to a cabin in my grandmothers back yard, to a caravan, etc so now I own my house and my family and I don’t need to worry about someone saying oh we think we will sell here, you’ve got 30 days. However, when our kids grow up and my wife and I retire, we will probably buy either a motorhome or a caravan and travel around Australia and leave the kids in our house to look after it for us. That’s a long way off yet though, but the idea of 100 acres and a cabin really appeals to me also, so maybe we’ll sell up and do that. Who knows. Maybe we’ll win a powerball and buy a big yacht and tour the world.

I've lived in a car, broke boat😂 tents, and all above. I've lived, I'm very humble. I just, TODAY, made my last move. In a camper. My brother bought it for me and starting next month, I'll start paying him back. He paid 9500 cash. Now, its me and my two boys. 😽😽if all stays in this blessing, this will be my last.
